Exceptional
Pros:

Absolutely love everything about this place its so good I dont want to stay anywhere else. The rooms are clean up to date and modern. The bar is wonderful.and great food. The reception desk is marvelous with many wonderful staff and the check in process is easy and convenient.

Cons:

Only thing is I wish there was a way to call the front desk from a cell phone. When you call the number provided it routes all the call to the Marriott 1800 customer service number.

Pros:

The hotel was a short one block walk to the Metro Red Line. The hotel staff was excellent. The breakfast offering was phenomenal. The bar staff took care of your every need. Good food, a CVS and a market were also just a block away.

Cons:

There is nothing to complain about.

The vibes and the staff were great! A much more relaxed feeling DC location and super close to the metro.

Cons:

There was a stain on the wall, the sink stopper was broken so we had to take it out to drain. Also the soap could be better, there was shampoo and conditioner but I didn’t see any body wash in our room.

I would re-book here again next time I visit DC.
Pros:

I truly enjoyed how clean & friendly the facility/staff were. It wasn’t super noisy or cluttered due to tha amount of people that were there during my staff. Anything I needed or questions I had were answered with the upmost professionalism.

I have no complaints.

Pros:

Atendimento na recepção gentil, claro e objetivo, opção de bom café da manhã, acomodação confortável, apesar do tamanho do quarto, localização próxima a comércio, restaurantes, cafés e metrô e com fácil acesso por metrô às áreas turísticas, boa limpeza dos quartos (apesar de a mais completa não poder ser todos os dias)

I really enjoyed my stay at citizenM. The location was excellent and close to several restaurants, which made it very convenient. The room was a little small, but it was neat, clean, and comfortable. The hotel itself was colorful, modern, and had a really fun vibe. Check-in and checkout were both quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.
