Pros:

Rooms were very small. The hotel does not have restaurant. The fare was inclusive of breakfast and one meal. But since hotel does not have restaurant, the choice was limited and whatever we have ordered, they used to bring it from outside. Breakfast was also not upto the mark. There is no value for money.

Cons:

Everything food, room and ambiance.

Best hotel to stay in Surat with clean and hygienic facilities in the room.
Pros:

Excellent professional management with most helpful desk manager and supporting staff.

Cons:

I suggest they should start putting tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar sachets, milk powder, and wooden stirrers to prepare tea and coffee in the room. Although they provide a hot water kettle and it is also good to note that in the room this hotel has provided a drinking water storage container for the convenience of guests which I have never seen or found in any other hotel stay..
