Good location, great facilities. Great transport links
Not so easy to find re looking for signage! Its very subtle which is probably intentional. Rug in room was a trip hazard!
The location was great, there are multiple tube stations nearby, along with plenty of cafés and restaurants. The bed was super comfortable, the WiFi was excellent and there was always hot water in the bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay where I mostly worked remotely, and everything went well and check-in was quick and smooth
The bathroom cleanliness could have been better, especially the shower area. The bathroom also had a slightly unpleasant smell whenever the door was closed, so I tried to keep it open as much as possible

location was the only thing going for this hotel/Studio apartment
no room around bed, overly large sofa wedged in next to bed made bed access very poor. Was informed on arrival breakfast was at 7 only to find out they where no where near ready when i went to have breakfast at 07:05, staff informed me "we are not ready it will be at least 45 mins yet, as i needed to be in the office for 8am this was extremely disappointing. It was exactly the same on the second morning.
A great great location, tube station and buses nearby, restaurants and shops are very local. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely. Very comfortable bed.
No windows for fresh air but the ac worked so not a huge issue.
Efficient check-in process, friendly staff and overall location close to Aldgate East underground and Liverpool Street stations. Breakfast option across the road at their in-house cafe was very tasty.
We had 3 x Cosy Studios and although they are well equipped they are also very cramped for space. Okay for 1-2 nights but maybe not for much longer.
