Everything was brilliant!

Very small size. Not much space to move around

Appartamento molto piccolo con davvero scarsi utensili per poter cucinare nonostante appunto sia un appartamento e non solo una stanza d’hotel. Di due ascensori ne andava uno solo, essendo un palazzo alto con molti piani, per più volte abbiamo aspettato parecchio prima di raggiungere la stanza, fortunatamente eravamo alloggiati abbastanza in basso da usare le scale.
La posizione nonostante la metro risulta piuttosto scomoda, a chi piace la “city” è top, ma lontana da tutte le attrazioni e parchi principali di londra (non la consiglierei).
Considerato tutto prezzo un po’ troppo costoso.

Die Matratze war sehr weich und durchgelegen. In der 5. Nacht hatte ich mich dran gewöhnt.

The bed, the position of the couch butted up against the bed.
The table and chairs butted up on the corner so one chair was not accessible.
The bathroom smelt musty. Lighting was poor.
The air-conditioning system. Was poor if almost non existent. Even though we asked for it to be checked and was advised they would we felt it was very dismal.
We were very mislead by the photos on booking.com
It mentioned in the room amenities list on booking.com that there was included a washing machine and dryer.
Do not recommend the "cosy studio" unless you're happy to climb in and out bed by crawling on the bed.
You need to stand on your bed unordered to use a power point above the bed head. Ridiculous. Never again .

Ficámos alojados no quarto 707 entre 01 e 05 de Abril e a experiência foi bastante negativa. Logo na chegada, o microondas não funcionava e tivemos de insistir várias vezes para encontrar uma solução temporária. Mais tarde, o frigorífico também avariou, o que resultou em comida estragada e despesas adicionais.

Apesar de termos reportado os problemas várias vezes, a resolução foi lenta e a comunicação interna do hotel falhou constantemente. Foi-nos inicialmente indicado que receberíamos o reembolso de uma noite como compensação, mas após troca de e-mails apenas foi oferecido um reembolso de 10% da estadia, valor muito abaixo dos prejuízos e transtornos causados.

Escolhemos este alojamento pelas comodidades da kitchenette, mas acabámos por ter uma estadia marcada por incómodos constantes, deslocações à receção e falta de apoio adequado.

We booked the cosy studio, after checking into our room we realized that the pictures online were very misleading and made the space appear much larger and more high end. The room we had been given had an overpowering smell of sewerage combined with whatever air freshener they had used to try and cover the smell. The air conditioning was either not working or impossible to turn on. After speaking to reception they agreed to move us and luckily this was also to another room that was very slightly larger but this did mean we could actually open at least one of our suitcases at a time. This room still seemed smaller than what our original room appeared online. Constant stubbed toes and banged shoulders trying to move around the space, the layout was very badly designed but clearly just done for photos. The room didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly, there was a used bandaid in one of the cupboards, the soap in the shower had not been refilled, the tea/ coffee jar was empty and we ended up buying our own and ignoring the bandaid because by this point we didn’t really want to talk to anyone any more. The pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable too. Only one of the lifts worked during our stay which was fine but just felt like another thing that wasn’t as it should be. I overheard many other guests discussing issues with reception during our stay so I don’t believe these were isolated issues.

Alles is zeer compact, als je de op de wc zit, kan de deur niet meer worden geopend. Als je de wc bril naar beneden doet, dan kun je doorspoelen. Niet heel gek, even wennen. Ik vond het heel jammer dat vooraf werd gezegd dat de huishouding niet elke dag komt, echter kwam deze helemaal niet. Wij zijn van vrijdag tot en met maandag daar geweest, uiteindelijk maar om extra handdoeken & wc papier gevraagd. Het afval kan in de container voor het hotel, dit was ons van tevoren niet duidelijk.
Het matras en de kussens zijn zacht, je houdt ervan of niet.
