lovely cutesy little room! and the lobby is so pretty

Alt for lille rum. Man kan ikke åbne et vindue da det er låste så det er indelukket specielt fordi studio var så lille - meget lidt plads til at gå rundt om sengen ud til badeværelset. Dem der har tegnet det har ikke selv prøvet at bruge værelset. Alt er placeret forkert i rummet. Klassisk så var afløb ikke renset i vasken så det tog 100 år at skylle vandet ud

Nice room albeit on the small side. If you have a lot of luggage, it’s tight.
Was clean though. Nice little kitchette. Manuals for cooktop and oven would have been helpful.

ruim appartement, locatie was prettig dicht bij metro.
veel kleine dingen kapot of niet schoon, zoals glaswerk, maar ook beddengoed niet allemaal schoon en dat hoort niet. is wel netjes opgelost, maar had gewoon al goed moeten zijn.
ook 1 van de 2 liften buiten gebruik, dus niet heel handig.
The location was excellent, with the Underground station just a short walk away, making it very easy to travel into central London. The Wi-Fi was reliable and worked well throughout my stay. The bed was also comfortable.
The room was extremely small, with insufficient floor space to open a suitcase. I had to keep my suitcase on the bed when accessing it and store it closed when not in use. There was also not enough space to fully open the small cupboard beside the bed.
The bathroom lighting was particularly poor, making it difficult to use the space comfortably.
The room was not especially clean upon arrival. There were dust bunnies on the floor, and I also found a sock that had been left behind by a previous guest.
Unfortunately, I did not find the staff to be particularly helpful during my stay.
I also used the laundry facilities, which were not well maintained. Before using the washing machine, I found a large clump of hair inside, which was quite unpleasant and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the facilities.
Perfectly located, clean, practical, nicely designed.
It is a bit small
We happened to visit during a very hot period, and it was difficult to stay in the room without air conditioning. However, the staff solved the problem by providing a portable air conditioner and gave us a significant refund on the cost of our stay. This showed that they genuinely care about their guests.
