Great location, clean and tidy rooms at a reasonable rate
Pros:

The location was great, the rooms are clean and modern. The price is fairly reasonable and you get two free drinks vouchers on arrival.

Cons:

The check in is right near the bar where the pokies are, so you’re waiting to check in with your bags behind people ordering coffees and drinks (with only one staff working). When you ask to store your bags they are kept in an unlocked back room that all guests have access too, and it was being renovated so our bags were covered in dust. I would personally just keep your bags with you for safety reasons :)

A wonderfully-priced hotel that'll cover your needs. Would stay again.
Pros:

The location was very convenient to public transportation (trams, metro), food stores and a close distance to Melbourne City. The hotel room met my expectations in terms of size and was well taken care off during my stay; the room was kept comfy, clean and felt welcoming every time I returned. Very appreciative of the professional amenities including complementary water, towel changes, bed sheet re-arrangements and restocking consumables in the shared kitchen.

Cons:

Preferably would have liked to personal hygiene items in my own room like tissues - I had a runny nose during my stay and noticed the only way to get tissues was regularly going into the shared kitchen/bathrooms to get them. During my stay, some of the shampoo dispensers had ran out of fluid which thankfully was a minor inconvenience given neighbouring showers could replace this; the floor tiles for the showers did feel as though they hadn't been scrubbed in a while. Finally, as the location is near public transport, I did on a few occasions wake up to outside noise during the early hours of the morning.

Clean, modern spaces and rooms. Hassle free wifi and room service. Car parking available and train station car park (opposite the property free to use) too. Best to arrive 6pm for the train station car park and to advise future bookings of this timeframe for more of a quality stay.

Cons:

Outdoor tiling are not made to be anti-slip. Common to see at pubs. I have slipped on this tiling in Sydney’s Pubs once before this year. This really needs to change.

Best to advise future bookings that train station parking is best from 6pm onward for the train station. Helps people enjoy and have more of a quality stay.
