Pros:

Best night sleep i have had in a long time bed was so comfy. Staff where friendly and helpful even had a meal brought to my room. Couldn't fault anything

Clean, modern spaces and rooms. Hassle free wifi and room service. Car parking available and train station car park (opposite the property free to use) too. Best to arrive 6pm for the train station car park and to advise future bookings of this timeframe for more of a quality stay.

Cons:

Outdoor tiling are not made to be anti-slip. Common to see at pubs. I have slipped on this tiling in Sydney’s Pubs once before this year. This really needs to change.

Best to advise future bookings that train station parking is best from 6pm onward for the train station. Helps people enjoy and have more of a quality stay.

Very clean

Cons:

The exhaust fans, air conditioners, all outside my windows. I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel where every fan was in one place.. Not t he first time here. 1st time no problem my room was on the other side of the hotel. Very disappointed.

Pros:

Shared bathroom is nicely rebuilt and very modern. Definitely the best shared bath facilities pub I have stayed at.

Pros:

Location was great, being right next to Essendon station made coming and going a breeze. I loved the mattress and the desk on the wall in the room! All in all was comfy and it's a great place to stay before a flight.
