Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff especially the reception, restaurant (special mention to Uday and Saif) were absolutely accommodating polite and a real asset to the hotel.

Cons:

One of our rooms for 2 days had severe condensation and the swimming pool was not accessible for 4 days which was disappointing for our little one as we planned this hotel due to the facilities available.

The property, the location and cleanliness of room and lobby area, we liked them most. I enjoyed their terrace swimming pool. Moreover, the staff; front desk Simran and Dipti and in the Mint restaurant Saif were exceptionally professional. Their courtesy and hospitality were remarkable. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to visit in future.

Not worth the price I paid.
Pros:

The location was great. Staffs were kind.

Cons:

The rooms cost me 19,000 per night. And the rooms were tiny and not worth the price tag.

I mean for 19K off-season I was expecting a lavish room not a simple 17 sq.m. with nothing at all.
So disappointed.
