Impeccable service, stunning design, and exceptional comfort in the perfect location

The Twist was absolutely, by far, the best hotels we have stayed in. The decor, the vibe, the view, the location, the staff, the pool , the art and the cleanliness were all exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to enjoy everything The Twist had to offer, but we definitely have decided to come back again soon.
Emma was so sweet and responsive and before we even knew we needed anything, she had already provided us with what was needed.
I can’t say enough great things about the Twist. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone coming to Palm Springs.

Well-situated affordable hotel Downtown Palm Springs
Pros:

After staying the night before in a horrible motel on the road to Palm Springs, walking into our hotel room at the Twist was a breath of fresh air! Huge, impeccably clean and so cute.
It was surprisingly affordable for the Coachella weekend. Wonderful location completely walkable to downtown Palm Springs. We had a good time at both the cafe and the tiki bar on the corner.

Cons:

Struggled a bit with the technology in the TV, then also with checkout. The text messages from staff were sometimes quite personable, and at others a little robotic.

Everything was great—location, the facilities and the service!
Pros:

Location just right off the center. Rooms are large and well equipped. Kitchen is complete with everything you need! Large ref and well stocked coffee machine.

Still very clean and worth the price we paid for nights on a weekend I love the location of it. It was very quiet.
Pros:

Location was great, price was great, close to everything, very quiet even on a friday/saturday night easy to check in

Cons:

The comforter had a stain on it and the doors dont have a deadbolt or a safety lock. Threw me off a little but i was still very comfortable. Still very clean and worth the price we paid for nights on a weekend
