This was, I would say, one of the worst experiences we've ever had. Overall, I didn't like the hotel; the cleanl
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

We didn't like the fact that the TV was dirty, the balcony was covered in dust, dirt, and holes. The towels were full of holes. The shower barely worked, and there was practically no water pressure.

Great room, so much potential. Staff is great but improvements need to be made.
Pros:

The space, location and staff were great. The room was nice a specious with a large patio.

Cons:

Not clean. Towels had stains on them. Bed sheets had red look like blood spots. Kitchen pans need to be replaced really old. Tv remote battery was dead. Just overall the whole room didn't feel clean.

Perfect location and adorable rooms in the heart of Palm Springs. From the moment i arrived Jamie was very welcoming, fun and friendly. I immediately felt at ease and like i was on vacation. The rooms exceeded my expectations with a full kitchen including a coffee maker. I enjoyed the pool with all its cute floaties.
