نظافه وحسن الاستقبال من الأخ طلعت والبنت اللي من المدينة بالاستقبال والادارة ندى

بوكنق عند إلغاء اليوم الاخر بسبب ان جاني حاله طارئه في استرداد المبلغ والشركاء مع بوكنق.. بوكنق تقول يرسلون ايميل الشركاء لدينا.. والشركاء يرسلون لنا بوكنق وكان الموضوع فيه لبس وتخوف العملاء في استرداد مبالغهم والتهرب بالعلم المفترض تواصلي ليس مع الشركاء لن حجزي عن طريق بوكنق ودفع المبلغ عن طريق بوكنق .. ولا انصح بالحجز مره اخرى اذا لم يتم استرجاع المبلغ لدي عن طريق هذا التطبيق والتأخير في استرجاع الحقوق
بالعلم انم تم رفع الايميل كذا شخص.. والى الان لم يكن فيه رد واسترجاع المبلغ.. وهذا شي صراحه محزن..والتعويض واسترجاع المبلغ عن طريق الجهات الحكومية المختصه
