Great Stay with Exceptional Service but Room Tech and Maintenance Need Updates
Pros:

The receptionists, Salman and Ammar, were incredibly professional, welcoming, and efficient, making the check-in and check-out processes seamless. Additionally, the hotel room was notably spacious, featuring good-quality furniture and an amazing jacuzzi that provided a highly relaxing experience. I also enjoyed the breakfast options, as the food served during my stay was consistently goo, additionally Sama lounge located on the 8th floor, this rooftop venue is decorated with a vibrant living wall and offers panoramic infinity views of the Jeddah skyline. It is well-known for serving authentic Lebanese cuisine, it also offers free football matches streaming.

Cons:

The swimming pool was closed due to ongoing repair and renovation works, which was disappointing. I also noticed that housekeeping did not happen automatically; I had to actively call the staff each time to initiate room service. Lastly, the in-room entertainment system feels outdated—the TV screen did not support HDMI devices or screen-sharing capabilities, which made it difficult to connect personal devices.Despite these minor inconveniences, the comfort of the room and the top-notch customer service make this hotel a great choice. I hope to see these maintenance and tech upgrades completed by my next visit

التنقل بين ادوار السكن بالمصعد يستوجب استخدام الكارت وهذه ميزه حسب وجهة نظري

Cons:

التكييف في احدي الغرف كان كثير الاعطال وتم التغيير الى غرفه افضل بكثير.
تم منع زوجتي وابنائي من الدخول في الليل لعدم وجودي معهم. مما استوجب ان انزل من الغرفه لاحضارهم. وقد تكون ميزه ايضا من الناحية الامنيةولكنها ازعجتني نوعا ما.

بشكل عام الفندق اكثر من رائع وسوف اعود للسكن فيه في حال السعر كان منطقي
