Excellent, as always. Really comfortable, clean, great staff, and generally excellent as round.
The hot chocolate part of the coffee machine was broken for at least two days. It's a very minor inconvenience but it would have been perfect if it had been fixed earlier.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. I did ask for another duvet to lay over the top, and they added an extra mattress topper.
The location was good. No outside street noise heard in the room. Good to have a safe in the room although not secured in position. Also good to iron and ironing board in room. Staff very pleasant and helpf
The room felt very basic eventhough it was supposed to be an executive room.The breakfast was just okay and not iworth the money. Overall the room felt a bit like a Premier Inn room hence the reason for feeling disappointment as a Premier Inn room would have been cheaper.
Staff were very helpful when my room wasn't ready on arrival.

La ubicacion, en pleno centro de Chester. Check-in muy rápido. La habitación y baño, buen tamaño e impecables, con todo lo necesario. Camas muy cómodas. Habitación silenciosa, no oyes nada a los "vecinos". Buen desayuno, muy variado y con amplio horario. WiFi funciona muy bien.
Te hacen pagar a la entrada, no me gusta. En el desayuno tardan en reponer algunas cosas o directamente no lo hacen; además la zona donde ponen la comida no es muy grande así que se monta bastante barullo y aglomeraciones.

The location was fantastic. The staff were wonderful and friendly. Check-in was easy, and there was a nice, relaxing lounge. The soundproofing was an absolute bonus. It was like we were in a sound chamber. Even in the lounge, you couldn't hear the traffic outside. The breakfast was right up there with the very best. A really good choice and well cooked.
A small detail that didn't detract from the overall visit, but that I did have to mention to reception, really comes down to the service staff checking the rooms properly.
When we got to the room, we realised that the hair and shower gels had not been checked and were both empty, meaning that I had to get reception to bring us up some full bottles. Also, the espresso coffee machine hadn't been emptied. It still had pods in there, and it was left for me to take it apart and clean it out before we could use it.
Again, this is attention to detail, and I had reported it to reception. They were very appreciative, and I put this down to one person not doing their job properly rather than an overall problem with the hotel. Nonetheless, it does need to be looked at.
Great location and lovely hotel
Perfect position to explore Chester. Good value for money. Lovely staff especially Jenna on reception. Spotless clean room, very comfortable bed and quiet.
Breakfast a little chaotic due to lack of space. Food OK but complete lack of fruit to have with yoghurt. Only slices of melon, orange etc. All would need to be peeled and chopped!
