Simply perfect in every way,
Pros:

Reception girls…. Breakfast staff …. Absolutely lovely. Very smiley…..friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was nothing at all that we didn’t like. No complaints at all.

We would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, comfy beds, and quiet. Breakfast was great. Location was fantastic. Parking easy nearby and discounted with the hotel. We were only staying for one night but I would have been happy to stay here longer. We had everything we needed.

Cons:

We tried to watch one of our shows after we got back from our evening meal via one of our devices but the TV had no internet connection - I thought it was supposed to. No big deal as there were plenty of channels on the TV. That would be the only fault I could say.

Centrale ligging tov centrum stad en goede parkeergelegenheid naast hotel ( wel tegemoetkoming maar met korting )

Excellent hotel and would stay again.
Pros:

Location was superb. Hotel very clean with friendly staff, and beds AND pillows beautifully comfy. Black out curtains helped keep the room dark and rooms appear very well insulated as could barely hear any other sounds. Great nights sleep!

Cons:

Breakfast was passable but not great. Fresh fruit selection was barely a selection - wedges of melon and some citrus slices which was very disappointing.

Pros:

Great location and friendly staff and very comfortable beds.

Cons:

The room felt quite cramped and not to the standard of other Leonardo hotels we’ve stayed in previously.

Pros:

Great location, friendly staff at check in. Room really clean. Very quiet. Our room was quite near the lifts but it was not noisy at all. Bit more expensive than the budget chains but absolutely worth it.

Excellent, central hotel for a stay in Chester. Comfortable,well appointed rooms and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was ideal for a trip to Chester and though very central the rooms were exceptionally quiet with no traffic noise. The rooms were modern and comfortable, the staff very friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast offer on site.

Cons:

Everything was a great standard, as we expected, we had no issues at all.
