La ubicación y atención.

Cons:

En un principio la habitación pequeña, sin comodidad. Luego solucionaron cambiándonos de habitación.

Puede ser un excelente alojamiento si se arreglan ciertos aspectos.
Pros:

Nos gustó la ubicación y el personal estuvo amable. Es un lugar limpio. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno.

Cons:

Las habitaciones demasiado calientes. Había un ventilador que sonaba mucho y no hacía mucho su trabajo. Se escucha el ruido de las otras habitaciones y del área común. La llave del lavabo y la ducha no funcionaron bien.

Decent for a short trip, but overall would recommend elsewhere quieter.

Decent and centrally located with walkability.

Cons:

It’s located on a loud busy street and the rooms/windows are not well insulated against the noise. Everything echoes. Also, there was a private event on the rooftop during the week and it was SO loud with the music and loudspeakers that went on until 10pm. Afterwards, the noise created by the staff for the next two hours as they cleaned up after the event was noisy.

Overpriced - Well Appointed
Pros:

Spacious and well appointed; cafe was a great touch. Good, standard breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Very overpriced. Stayed on different ocassions - and during neither were the room or bathroom floors, or the shower, mopped. While no dirt/dust ... if you were shoeless - the bottom of your socks and feet would be blackened. Also, for a hotel that claims a welcome for international guests and given the large numbers of Ecuadorans trained in tourism who speak English/German/French/etc... anything other than Spanish - this was a surprise and a hurdle we did not expect to navigate. The staff spoke no language other than Spanish at all.

Y la provisión del papel higiénico se limito a un tercio de rollo de papel hidienico

Le petit déjeuner était Correct et l hôtel est propre

Cons:

Nous avons choisi la chambre suite (la plus chère) et elle donne sur la rue, pas de double vitrage aux fenêtres … nous n avons pas fermé l œil de la nuit! Beaucoup de bruit provenant de la rue a toute heure du jour et de la nuit … c était horrible
