Wir haben dieses Hotel für unseren Urlaub gebucht, weil es als 5-Sterne-Luxusresort angepriesen wird. Leider wurden wir bitter enttäuscht. Das Hotel hat diese Sterne absolut nicht verdient – vom Standard her entspricht es maximal einem schwachen 3-Sterne-Hotel. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist zwar wunderschön und das Resort hat theoretisch viel Potenzial, aber das schlechte Management, der mangelnde Service und die fehlende Sauberkeit ruinieren die Aufenthalt. Die Zimmern brauchen auch eine Renovierung.

Disappointed break
Pros:

Beautiful pool, beautiful beach, just don't go out of season

Cons:

We requested an upstairs room for security and even though there was truly minimal occupancy we were told this couldn't be arranged our first night so we would have to unpack and repack which is not ideal. We understand that if a hotel is busy it might not be possible but there seemed to be no reason we couldn't be accommodated. No mirror in the main bedroom. There were also a large number of insects inside the room, and all over the terrace furniture, which again might have been avoided with an upstairs room. Lastly due to it being low season, the majority of facilities were unavailable: sun loungers on the beach were removed on our first day, no where to get drinks as the beach and pool bars were closed, games room was closed, ping pong tables with no bats, and one song playing on repeat the entire morning by the pool. There were so many staff around, it would have been better to swap to a more personal service than trying to maintain a skeleton crew in such a large area

Tres beau séjour
Pros:

C'est ma 3eme visite a radison blue resort et franchement je ne regrette pas.
C'est un resort tout en un, on peut s'amuser , se reposer , passer de longue et bonne soirée au bord de la piscine...
Point fort : le personnel, il y a eu un grand changement par rapport a ma dernière visite ( 2022 ).
Je remercie Kaoutar du font office 《 chech in 》pour tout ( upgrade / bonne communication / gentillesse)
J'ai du prolonge mon séjour pour mieux en profiter et surtout me reposer 😀

Cons:

Je dirai plutôt le menu restaurant c'était le même qui se répétait chaque jour. Mais je comprend la période joué aussi un rôle ( mi-septembre).

Intoxication alimentaire le premier jour à cause de la nourriture, et ils ont prélevé le double du montant par erreur à la fin de mon séjour sans avoir mon autorisation, sans parler du service client qui n'existe même pas
