Un séjour cauchemardesque !!!
Pros:

L’emplacement, le personnel , le service à la clientèle , la dimension des chambres et de l’hôtel
Et la belle plage

Cons:

Le restaurant est un cauchemar !!! Nous avons tous souffert d’intoxication alimentaire ça nous a gâché tout le reste de nos vacances. Nous avions complètement perdu confiance. Mon fils a dû consulter en urgence dans la nuit suivant notre départ de l’hôtel.

Good Personal poor management
Pros:

The only good thing was that the buffet staff and security guards were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The first room we were given was full of mold. We moved to a second room, which had cockroaches and a non-working TV.

For an all-inclusive hotel, it was very disappointing: after 11 PM, only one bar remains open, and you have to pay for drinks. The cocktails aren't fresh; they come from a dispenser and taste like water.

To top it off, I forgot my work headphones after checking out. I've been trying to contact them for 7 days, but no one answers or picks up the phone.

Très class. Très joli site et beau design.
Ce sont des mini résidences répartie sur le site.
Jolie plantation et pisicine très grande.

Cons:

C'est un peu loin de la ville
La plage est très propre mais celle d'à coté pas du tout. Dommage
Le petit déjeuner est en dessous de ce que devrait offrir ces étoiles
