Pros:

Cama confortável, infrasestrutura bem cuidada. Café da manhã bom! Quarto silencioso! Chuveiro com água quente e ar condicionado funcionando. Além de frigobar funcional.

Cons:

A limpeza do banheiro poderia ser um pouco melhor (alguns cabelos soltos e alguns cantos com aspecto de mofo), mas nada grave.

No geral é um bom hotel. instalaçoes novas. Cafe da manhã bom. Com frutas, suco, laticínios, salgados e doces. Bom atendimento

Cons:

A localizaçao. após as 18hs fecha tudo e ao redor do hotel vemos moradores de rua e/ou dependentes quimicos. Nao é bom sair a pé. Dificil achar lugar pra comer, em segurança, perto do hotel à noite.

Estive no hotel na última semana de junho.Não tinha vento. Chovia um.pouco, mas a temperatura era 15 ou 16 graus à noite. Mesmo assim, no quarto estava muito quente. Creio que ligaram a calefação muito forte, sem necessidade.
E como o ar condicionado é central, nao tem como o hóspede ajustar..
Avisamos a 2 funcionarios do hotel, mas continuou muito quente. O desconforto térmico nos fez passar a noite suando, e sem conseguir descansar.

Satisfação
Pros:

Excelente custo-benefício, funcionários extremamente receptivos (com uma única exceção, que não representa o espírito dos demais e não influenciou a percepção que tive do hotel), ótima localização, instalações e limpeza. Voltaria para lá com toda certeza

Boa hospedagem
Pros:

O lugar é bom, confortável, café da manhã bom.

Cons:

O Wi-Fi caia muito, não consegui usar. O chuveiro esquentava muito e quando eu colocava um pouco mais frio ele esfriava totalmente.
