Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’hôtel est bien situé , à côté du centre-ville et du lagune. Dommage un peu de moisissu

Hôtel était bien situé pas très loin du centre-ville et du lagune. Dans l’ensemble le séjour c’est bien passé.

Cons:

La salle de bain n’était pas propre, un peu de moisissure sur les murs de la salle de bain

Muy bueno en calidad/precio.
Pros:

Las habitaciones son amplias y siempre están muy limpias. Tienen una alberca que también cuidan mucho para que siempre se vea bien.
El servicios de café, pan y fruta por las mañanas, es un adicional que no esperábamos y nos gustó mucho.

Cons:

Lo único malo es la distancia hacia el centro de bacalar, nosotros traíamos auto y eso no fue un problema, pero creo que lo deberías considerar si no vienes en auto.

It had a spacious room. Felt actually empty. Needs a table and chair

DO NOT STAY HERE. Pulling in you are very where are we going. Does not look like photos pulling in. Our shower flooded the bathroom. It is over 30 mins to anything. The Wifi was trash and working remote was impossible we had to leave. When we talk to the staff they called the management. We asked to leave 2 days early were they agreed so we actually left that night, since they agreed of course they actually charged us for the 2 days we weren’t there. It was a fight with booking.com & ended up in nothing from the hotel.

Absolutely wonderful stay!
Pros:

We were really surprised by this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. The pool was small but perfect for what we needed. There are birds singing in the gardens. Just wonderful. It was our favourite place to stay in Mexico. We found it by accident to stay for one night. We ended up coming back to Bacalar and booked 3 more nights. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to Salvador and the rest of the staff.

EL COBRO DE UNA HORA EXTRA FUE EL 30% DEL VALOR POR UN DIA ENTERO Y NOS PARECIÓ EXAGERADO, PORQUE APARTE DE LOS DÍAS INICIALES, TERMINAMOS QUEDANDONOS OTROS DÍAS MÁS.
PEDIMOS AL SEGUNDO DIA ARREGLARAN LA HABITACION DEJANDO EL LETRERO COLGADO Y NO LO HICIERON.
