Für einen Kurztrip sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nur übernachten möchte
Pros:

Sehr sauber und renoviert. Guter Zustand. Schöne küchenzeile, kostenfrei Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer

Cons:

Nachttischlampe defekt, plus Adapter defekt. Ersatz konnte nicht beschafft werden.
Klimaanlage direkt über dem Kopfende des Bettes sehr unangenehm. Flure warm und stickig.

Great stay!
Pros:

The location was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were great. Would stay there again.

Cons:

The room was a bit warm at times but we were given a fan to help with that.

My cousins & friends were saying its good for London. Summarizing it was ok.
Pros:

Friendly & helpful staff.
Room was tidy & clean.

Cons:

Very small space of studio (difficult to walk around the bed, no space to keep luggage in the room)
The shower outlet was clogged causing flood in the bathroom.
No daily cleaning.
No full length mirror.
Horrible view from the window.
Sitting area at the reception was to small.
There is no emergency back door exit ( I was stuck inside during the demonstrations on the street )

Our stay was great, location just right and staff members were excellent.
Pros:

The staff - friendly, accomodating and responded immediately to our needs.
The room - we had the suite for 4, it was clean, lots of room for our luggage and amenities we needed.
The location - 1 straight train ride to Heathrow Airport, close to bus stops to central London location, lots of shops, restaurants and walking distance to Covent garden.

Cons:

There was a washer for clothes in the room, but the drier was not working or didn't exist. However, drier was available at the basement of the hotel.

Great location, room and friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the bed was very comfortable and the location was great!

Cons:

We couldn’t change the airconditioning temperature, it been set to cool for the whole building and we couldn’t warm up the room

¡Volveremos!
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, entre las estaciones de Metro Holborn y Covent Garden. La avenida donde está el hotel me pareció un poco sucia pero das la vuelta y empieza la magia de Londres. Me encantó. La suite estaba muy bien y fue muy confortable para mi y mi familia. El trato del personal fue muy bueno, muy servicial, en especial el de Aisyah.

Cons:

Tres detalles menores. 1) Una guía para usar la cocina (que es horno y microhondas) y perdes un poco de tiempo en tratar de entender cómo funciona. 2) Unas cortinas tipo sunscreen para tener luz de día (tenía tipo black out). 3) Cápsulas de café había que retirarlas de recepción.
