Good location. Interior surprises.
Pros:

The apartment was clean and newly appointed.

Cons:

1. I booked a 2-bedroom apartment. This apt.had a number of rooms - 2 of which had NO DOORS! - and opened into the common living area. There were beds in these 2 spaces. I guess these were the bedrooms!
2. The 2 bathrooms were newly appointed, but had an UNEVEN STONE FINISH on the floors. It hurt somewhat to walk on the bathroom floors with bare feet.
What were these people thinking??

Good stay for 1 night, booked in emergency due to flight delay
Pros:

Staff at reception is great and very polite. I booked under emergency and went immediately to see if we can check-in, and even though the payment was not yet visible in their system, the lady was very polite and understanding. Her colleague immediately converted the sofa to bed for 2 people to accommodate the 4 of us. Also we have asked for additional duvets and were immediately provided.
The location of the property is really good- in the center of the city, which is exactly what we were looking for.
A plus is that there is 24/7 Reception, so if you check-out early morning you leave the key and they help for airport transfer.

Cons:

We stayed in Flat 4 and our bathroom didn't have good ventilation, so there was some musty odor.

Hotel con buena ubicacion.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. Elhotel cuenta con plazas de aparcamiento. Ojo que no te lo dicen si no lo pides.

Nos hospedamos aquí el primer y último día de nuestro viaje. El primer día bastante mal.. primero nos quería cobrar el recepcionista tasas que ya habíamos pagado a traves de booking. Al negarme a pagarlo me dijo que se había equivocado y no me cobraba nada. La habitación que nos dieron no era la reservada. Nos hospedaron en un apartamento, el cero. que está en otro edificio, y has de bajar y subir escaleras sin ascensor cargados de maletas... y bueno, está reformado pero es muy antiguo. Me quejé y en esta ocasión en nuestra siguiente noche nos dieron la habitación detallada en la reserva y mucho mejor, y el personal esta vez también súper bien. El agua caliente en este hotel huele muchisimo a azufre ( dicen que es normal en la isla pero en el resto de hoteles de nuestra ruta no nos ha pasado en ninguno)

Pros:

Perfect location short walks to everything. An easy trip from the cruise port via a free shutte and you can catch the tour groups a block away and the flybus to KEF. We stayed in the apartments versus the hotel. I would recommend it and would stay again.

Cons:

The tv wasn't set up so I relied on streaming services. Our apartment could have had a bit more pizzazz just White and Grey

Excelente ubicación para recorrer Reykjavík
Pros:

Ubicación excelente. Todo a mano caminando en pleno centro de Reykjavík. Nos facilitaron dejar las maletas sin coste en el hotel. El apartamento del ático con muy buenas vistas , abuhardillado y muy bien equipado.
