A solid 8, older and a bit worn but quiet, spacious and clean, good value
Pros:

Great location, secure parking, clean quality linen, spacious and quiet rooms. Microwave and sink. Aircon. Seperate bedroom helps quietness. Easy check in, nice staff.

Cons:

Dated and quite worn, but inline with the cost.

We will be back.
Pros:

Good location, with secure parking.
Since change of ownership the property is receiving needed maintenance, good to see.

Cons:

We stay regularly and as it was cold during our last stay we found we could have done with an extra blanket. Unfortunately my husband does not like air conditioning on overnight.

位置还可以，也可免费停车，价格也比较实惠。房间设施老旧，沙发很脏。床也不舒服，隔音不好，半夜起来上了厕所后一直有水声，以为是马桶的水箱出问题了，结果是楼上洗澡的水声响了一个小时，非常影响休息。

Out of convenience, we would stay again.
Pros:

The location was very convenient to the city and where we needed to go.

Cons:

Room service in making beds and resetting the room to freshen it up was inconsistent. Sometimes done and sometimes not. Had to let reception know by 9 am of each day if the service was requested. One morning we were told they had too many requests and there was no guarantees. Another morning reception rang and told us to move our car because it ‘was parked illegally’ in the car park and was blocking the crane. Tone was rude and abrupt. Turned out that they had the wrong registration as our car was parked where it needed to be. Did receive an apology. The dining experience in the connected restaurant was mediocre. Dishes were incomplete. Eg: no sour cream with sweet chilli wedges, or toppings missing on pancakes. And still had to pay full price!

Excellent place for either short or long term
Pros:

Location was great plus car parking. Easy access to the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will recommend to anyone.

Cons:

Only thing I could say is would like a bit more milk.
