Pros:

the location, the sizde of the hotel, clena and air conditioner, and they also took care f renting a car for us and deliver in to the hotel directly

La fenêtre de la chambre donne sur le couloir de l’établissement, la piscine n’était pas nettoyé, les transats sont rempli de caca d’oiseaux , très bruyant le soir les gens parlent fort , le petit dej proposé n’est que salé , et c’est loin du centre si on est à pied

La habitación se me hizo un poco reducida y como sugerencia tener ventilación en el baño olía un poco a humedad, en la noche es ruidoso en la habitación que nos tocó cerca de la calle.

Servicio, desayuno lento, el primer día no desayunamos después de 1 hora de espera. Baja calidad.
Se quedaron con nuestro DNI y no nos lo devolvieron en el check out. La gerencia luego respondio sobre este contratiempo

Aprovecharon al máximo cada espacio para crear un ambiente comodo con toque moderno justo a una cuadra del Paseo Montejo 10/10

Cons:

Estacionamiento muy reducido y no hay conexión directa Hotel - Estacionamiento.

No pudimos hacer uso de la alberca durante nuestra estancia ya que la tenían en mantenimiento 🥲
