La decoración , el desayuno , el gimnasio y la piscina.
Que las habitaciones standard. No tienen armario y si lo tienen es exiguo. Conocimos dos habitaciones , todo mejora en las habitaciones más caras.
Location was fantastic - you can almost walk to any place of want in the city and if you feel lazy you can always hop on the tram right in front of the hotel
Bed - mattresses were awesome. Did not sleep that good over a long time.
Restaurants - what an easy thing to have so many options to eat within the hotel.
House maids - really great and accommodating team.
The outside pool is not included for the rooms above the junior suite - weird to advertise a pool which you have to pay for……
Cleanliness - OK but far from being perfect
Staff - not a 5* experience - the reception did not guide us through anything, the staff restaurant was OK but not a brilliant service (some of the staff were almost rude).
Overall it’s not a 5* experience especially giving the price you pay a room that is not what I was expecting.
We’ve felt like we were products - for example they put sheet masks but with a price tag in the bathroom - that’s cheap…
Stunning building and interior concept with an amazing spa and gym. The breakfast is incredibly delicious and with many healthy options. The staff is entirely focussed on giving you a good time. You can feel everyone is motivated - the management must do a great job.
The service lines from the room telephone where not so easy reachable and the announcements on the phone could also be in English.
Superb Jr Suite. Fantastic breakfast!
The roof top bar manager was a bit abrasive.

The elevator one day stopped and I tried many ways to call the reception or ring the bell but nobody helped us someone needed to use the elevator and he opened it and save us when we tell the reception they said ok don’t use this elevator again we can’t do anything to you
Ok you can put at least don’t use this elevator so no body won’t be in the same situation
