I love this hotel and I booked it 6 times or more

One thing only
The elevator one day stopped and I tried many ways to call the reception or ring the bell but nobody helped us someone needed to use the elevator and he opened it and save us when we tell the reception they said ok don’t use this elevator again we can’t do anything to you
Ok you can put at least don’t use this elevator so no body won’t be in the same situation

Gorgeous Oslo hotel, I will be back
Pros:

This is a gorgeous, high end hotel with chic styling and great amenities. The gym and spa area were a total surprise for how very nice they were, and the rooftop Izakaya restaurant had amazing food and views of the city!

Cons:

The front desk staff did not seem that well organized and was a bit rude regarding bags we checked at the counter when they couldn't find the correct bag. It felt like an experience I would expect at a hotel that was not a luxury hotel and could have been better.

emplacement
petit déjeuner copieux avec large choix mais perfectible : pas de sucre sur toutes les tables, pas de cuillère.

Cons:

nous sommes arrivés avant 15h à notre retour dans l après midi nous avons du récupérer nos valises à l accueil : pour un 5 étoiles je pensais qu elles seraient dans la chambre.
pas assez d explications à l arrivée ne serais ce que pour expliquer comment verrouiller la porte en partant : si on ne repositionne pas le badge la porte n est pas verrouillée.
pas de sèche cheveux
liquide pour la douche vide a la fin du séjour : pas de check.

I had a wonderful stay at Sommerro. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and the entire experience felt seamless.
