Minneverdig og luksuriøst opphold hvor en elskverdig og oppmerksom betjening tok godt vare på oss.
Pros:

Fantastisk frokost og svært oppmerksom betjening. Strålende at man fikk tilgang til det vakre Vestkantbadet. Rommene var godt isolerte, så det fantes ikke støy fra trafikken utenfor, eller fra naborommene. Meget smakfull innredning og materialvalg.

Cons:

Vi hadde litt forventninger om å kunne gå fritt rundt og bese lokalene i alle etasjer. Men romkortet vårt lot oss ikke komme høyere enn den etasjen vi bodde i. Møterommene nede var låst, det forstår vi, men vi hadde ønsket å se utsmykningene, også To søstre og en annen restaurant var låst av.

Pros:

Wow for en gjennomført plass. Estetisk behagelig, stimulerende og høy kvalitet. Rommene var 10/10. alle småting var på plass for en behagelig og lettvint opphold og reise. Her har mange hoteller mye å lære. Mener da små enkle ting som å ha en ismaskin i gangen, steamer til klær, paraply, skoskje, lesestoff og alt praktisk man trenger. Vestkantsbadet var rolig, harmonisk og bare visuelt enkelt i sin skjønnhet og stemningsfullt. Høy kvalitet på personalet også som er smilende og imøtekommende! Absolutt verdt pengene! God mat og drikke, for å ikke snakke om frokosten! kommer absolutt tilbake!

One of the best hotels we have stayed in and would certainly go back there again.
Pros:

The breakfast was the best that we have ever had in any hotel any where. Just so comprehensive in offer, super fresh and held in the exceptional dining room. The team were just so helpful as well. The hotel is just beautiful, superbly located in the centre of Oslo with fantastic restaurants as well. The room was sumptuous with a fantastic bathroom and the room was well done with your bed turned down each evening with a snack as well. But best of all were the staff who just couldn't do more to help you and make the stay even more enjoyable. A huge shout out to Anabel, Fiona and Dora behind the bar. Rockstars and just so good at what they do.

Close to Palace.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. A special thanks to Portuguese Maria and Manager Marcus. We thoroughly enjoyed the Jazz night and the dinner was excellent. It’s a short walk to the palace and beautiful parklands.

Cons:

Our room was tiny and barely had room for 2 people and bags. I burned my fingers on a hot surface at the cooked food while picking up a plate. The staff were very apologetic and helpful tending to the burns on my fingers and subsequently put up a sign saying it was hot. No compensation offered.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Sommerro hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. It had many options to choose from.
The customer service in the reception and lobby area was exceptional.
The bedroom was exceptionally comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

The service in the Thai restaurant downstairs was very slow.
