Pros:

emplacement
petit déjeuner copieux avec large choix mais perfectible : pas de sucre sur toutes les tables, pas de cuillère.

Cons:

nous sommes arrivés avant 15h à notre retour dans l après midi nous avons du récupérer nos valises à l accueil : pour un 5 étoiles je pensais qu elles seraient dans la chambre.
pas assez d explications à l arrivée ne serais ce que pour expliquer comment verrouiller la porte en partant : si on ne repositionne pas le badge la porte n est pas verrouillée.
pas de sèche cheveux
liquide pour la douche vide a la fin du séjour : pas de check.

I had a wonderful stay at Sommerro. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and the entire experience felt seamless. The team consistently went out of their way to assist us, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The housekeeping and reception staff were notably unhelpful. In dealing with a problem. They forgot to clean our room.

El servicio es bueno excepto “El Lucy Café “.
La ubicación buena.
El desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones en la última planta con ventana muy pequeña no corresponde al precio pagado . El Lucy café en la terraza no nos sirvió bebida en media hora y cuando la pedimos nos dijeron que estaban cerrando . El comedor del desayuno es muy oscuro, las mesas muy pequeñas.

Cons:

We had just one small misunderstanding with the waitress during our breakfast. We didn’t know we have to order prosecco so we just had a small glass. The waitress was little bit rude about that, she apologised but it was little bit humiliating because everyone was looking at as like we are being guilty for something. After that she brought us a bill which was fine but she should have offed us some more and say something. Because she just put the bill on the table without any word. So everything was awesome this was the only small thing and the stay was amazing

It’s a flash hotel. It’s dated. Feels like a ‘theme’ hotel from the 1920s with old out dated rooms and persistent 1930s&

Small room. No way to unpack in the small dark bedroom. On my second stay I asked for a room that might be large enough to unpack a suitcase. We didn’t get one so I returned the suitcase to storage
