Great rooms, spacious and modern. Perfect location if you plan to take the Ferry.
Pros:

Great location if you take the ferry. Just across the street. The rooms are huge and super comfortable. The breakfast area has a nice setup with an old VW van cut as a counter which gives nice beach area environment.
My parents arrived the evening before and were able to enjoy the roof top bar/restaurant which they said was great.

Cons:

When we arrived the roof top bar/restaurant was closed (Tuesday 22:00hs). Pitty, as I could not enjoy the full services of the hotel and had to buy a pizza on a nearby shop. Would be nice that the roof top has more generous working hours for all travelers using the hotel.

Beautiful property, convenient location
Pros:

Beautiful decorating, friendly staff, convenient location, wonderful rooftop Bar and restaurant right on the property. The full kitchen stocked with drinks, and a fancy coffee machine were icing on the cake.

Cons:

We would have preferred a shower but we got a bathtub room instead. However, we tried the bath and it was very comfortable.

Pros:

Le sourire et la gentillesse ainsi que sont professionalisms du personnel a tous les postes du niveau réception jusqu au rooftop et restaurant. L emplacement prêt du centre ville et juste en face de la gare maritime génial.
Le grand plus tres tres bien insonorisé nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Cons:

Je cherche encore... ... Allez la vue sur l entrepôt si cela nous avait dérangé.

Pros:

Arrived at 1am in morning at airport after flight from NZ. The lovely guy at reception was so nice.
We ate twice at the Reeftop restaurant and a breakfast in the café on ground floor. Both places had excellent service and really good food!!! And coffee !!!!
The location was perfect as after 3 days we were getting the ferry ( across the road) to Moorea..
Thanks team kon Tiki for giving us a great stay.

Good spot, beautiful cafe downstairs, quite expensive value for money.
Pros:

Was very clean and welcoming.

Cons:

There is some noise from the downstairs night club next door.
There is only one lift servicing 8 floors including the rooftop bar and restaurant which are open to the public, made getting access up and down very slow.

Also note, there are different room types in terms of bathrooms. We were expecting a normal room with overhead shower, we ended up with only a bath and a hand piece shower nozzle which made showers quite difficult and made a lot of mess. Apart from this was a great stay.
