It was our 2nd time there so that says it all.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely. A bit egg leaning but nice.
Location is so picturesque. Beautiful view of the sea and the harbour and lighthouse at Chania old port.

Cons:

Not much. A less rocky cove in front of the hotel would be great for a sea swim. Otherwise nothing.

This hotel was simply the best.
Pros:

The breakfast offering was plentiful and quite delicious. There were many choices for the continental breakfast, in addition to a menu offering. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, particularly the bellhop and concierge, as well as the restaurant employees. We also had a wonderful dinner at the on-site restaurant! The accommodations were comfortable and welcoming. We especially appreciated the large loft space and black-out shades. The view is divine!

Fantastic boutique hotel
Pros:

The room was modern, big and very comfortable. The sea view from the window was outstanding.
But, the main advantage of the hotel was the staff, which were always friendly and willing to help.

Cons:

Dinner at the restaurant could be improved.

A relaxing stay with a fabulous view.
Pros:

The property is in a lovely location which is quiet but a short walk into town. The view is gorgeous and having breakfast a few feet from the sea is a lovely start to the day. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice.
I recommend getting a massage at the spa. We got one the day after we arrived and it was so good we got another one the day before we left.
The hotel is spotless and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day to a high standard.
The staff at the hotel are excellent; professional, warm, helpful and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here.
