今回はベランダ側だったのでホテル前にある飲食店が深夜になっても23〜3時頃まで音楽が少し大きかったのが気になります‥

Exceptional service, great location and a wonderful stay!
Pros:

I booked just 30 minutes before arriving, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and accommodating. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were spacious with super comfortable beds, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the rooftop and spa were fantastic. Great Wi-Fi, smart TV, and an excellent location. It being our first time in Cambodia, the hotel environment felt so safe and comfortable. I can't wait to come back to Phnom Penh and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property
Pros:

My family and I enjoyed the warm welcome we received from the entire staff. We also enjoyed the swimming pool which is kept clean. Finally, we enjoyed the peace and quiet/respectful behavior from other travelers.

Warmly recommended
Pros:

Facilities are great, rooms are extremely clean and furniture is nice and updated. But more than the building, the spirit of the team from the doorman to the manager truly exemplifies the Khmer spirit.

Pros:

3回目の宿泊で歓迎された。知人から近所のお店を紹介されロケーションが良いと再確認、マッサージも上手な方がいる。

Cons:

シャワーの排水が少し遅い気がしました。必要な人にはひげそりのサービスがあると良い。冷蔵庫の上の引き出しは熱くなる事を注意喚起しておいた方が良い。

Great Hotel
Pros:

Duong Chan Hotel is a really nice hotel with a great mix of comfort, style, and genuinely friendly service. Our room was massive, and the bed was even bigger! The staff were fantastic throughout our stay and felt genuinely warm and welcoming
The food was excellent, and we especially loved the rooftop bar. It was the perfect spot to relax in the evening and enjoy the city views. The location is also really convenient, making it easy to get around and explore Phnom Penh.

Cons:

There were only a couple of minor issues. The water in the hand basin was luke warm at best.

The main annoyance was the tuk-tuk drivers outside the hotel. Every time we walked out, we were immediately approached by several drivers offering rides. Even after politely explaining that we already had transport sorted, some would keep asking. What made it a bit disappointing was that the doorman was usually nearby but didn't step in to help. It wasn't a huge issue, but after a while it started to get a little tiring and slightly took away from an otherwise great experience.

Overall, Duong Chan Hotel exceeded our expectations. It offers spacious, comfortable rooms, excellent food, friendly service, and great facilities in a handy location. We'd happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.
