Very limited selections.
No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. I am a fruit lover and it would have been nice to have a refrigerator to keep fruit and water in.
The restaurant was very limited in selections. Some food on the limited menu was not available.
Hotel parking was not sufficient. I utilized valet parking and the attendants were great, however parking a bit expensive at $40 daily.
For the cost of the room valet should have been included.
The patking was not ideal because it is downtown and the wifi was not working.
The location was great and the staff were helpful.
The room wasn’t clean. A bag containing fast food waste was left in the corridor near the left for the entire time of our stay (2 nights). The quilt was stained under the sheets and the room was really basic. The gym was out of commission although we could use the gym at a nearby hotel.

Historic district was very cool; the area between the hotel and the concert venue was a little "sketchy" as we were told by the staff which was helpful in keeping us safe coming and going to the concert.
The air conditioner had to be turned on....should have had this on a few hours before check-in to avoid us struggling with the equipment for enough time to start sweating in the middle of summer in the south

No refrigerator in the room
My covers had mold embedded in the lining and when asked about it they said it was feathers the room was moist all night I slept with the air on 69 and it still was sticky and moist I thought I was just hot under the cover but it was wherever I laid my body because of the moisture in the room ! The valet guy took my 50 bucks knowing the hotel charged us 40 for the valet already (and apparently this wasn’t his first time) the middle elevator don’t go to the 13 floor even with the available botton (and honestly they all need to be repaired )
The facility was nice, excellent customer service! The in house restaurant had good food and was easily accessible.
No self parking available but used the valet that was very reasonably priced and very friendly!
We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great and the facilities were clean and the staff was so friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again!
