Historic district was very cool; the area between the hotel and the concert venue was a little "sketchy" as we were told by the staff which was helpful in keeping us safe coming and going to the concert.
The air conditioner had to be turned on....should have had this on a few hours before check-in to avoid us struggling with the equipment for enough time to start sweating in the middle of summer in the south

No refrigerator in the room
My covers had mold embedded in the lining and when asked about it they said it was feathers the room was moist all night I slept with the air on 69 and it still was sticky and moist I thought I was just hot under the cover but it was wherever I laid my body because of the moisture in the room ! The valet guy took my 50 bucks knowing the hotel charged us 40 for the valet already (and apparently this wasn’t his first time) the middle elevator don’t go to the 13 floor even with the available botton (and honestly they all need to be repaired )
The facility was nice, excellent customer service! The in house restaurant had good food and was easily accessible.
No self parking available but used the valet that was very reasonably priced and very friendly!
We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great and the facilities were clean and the staff was so friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great staff and location.
The Staff!!!! Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful! The room was clean. We loved the location. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a great gelato place! The street behind the hotel had a brick road and there were kids taking prom pics there due to the nice location!
We do have some minor negatives, but the positives far outweigh the negatives and I would stay here again. I didn't realize the parking referenced was Valet so we spent a lot of time circling the area trying to park. With all the one way streets, it took us awhile. Also, I didn't like that in order to turn on the shower, you had to go inside the shower and turn it which meant you got some cold water on you. I wish this hotel and many others would put hooks or bars near the shower for towels. We pulled in the chair to put the towels on while we showered.

Amenities claimed to be offered were not. We planned our whole trip around them, such as a crib/pack-n-play for our daughter to sleep in, and when we check in, the folks at the front say “we don’t offer those anymore, you can go to target, they might have them.”
