Cons:

Nous avions 1090 pesos dans une enveloppe, après que l’agent d’entretien soit passé(e) nous n’en avions plus que 590… Le billet de 500 a tout simplement « disparu ».
Nous sommes allées à l’accueil, le personnel a dit qu’il ne pouvait rien faire pour nous.
L’agent dentretien a pourtant bien confirmé avoir « regardé » dedans.
0 dédommagement.

The pool and the area around it look a lot larger from the photos on the website. That said the pool is probably larger than many on the island.

Bel hotel e staff molto gentile
Pros:

É molto carino come rapporto qualità prezzo, temevamo un pò dalla colazione che non é a buffet ma é andata oltre le nostre aspettative lo staff della colazione é ottimo sopratutto la signora Carina é stata molto gentile e ha apportato anche delle modifiche he nei piatti già prestabiliti in base alle nostre necessità, unica cosa qualche volta si sono dimenticati di cambiarci gli asciugamani e rifare il letto ma tutto sommato é un bel hotel posizione vicino al centro.
