TRÈS PROPRE, CONFORTABLE ET SURTOUT BIEN EQUIPÉ !

J’ai aimé l’emplacement, la chambre était parfaite, très très bien équipé et surtout propre (la salle de bain également). Nous avons eu de l’espace et les lits étaient très confortable. J’y ai vraiment bien dormi ! Mention spécial pour le personnel qui est ADORABLE, à l’écoute, professionnel et surtout très présent pour nous !! Merci pour tout je recommanderai et reviendrai dans cet hôtel !!!!

Just to add, I am responding from a housekeeping, attention to detail perspective, honed from many years experience being a private housekeeper and private castlekeeper who also attends to the collections care 👀👀👀😁🖌️🪥

+ 😁Staff were very helpful, pleasant, polite and cheery. A great big bonus.
+ 😁The apartment was reasonably well-equipped for a short stay.
+ 😁Price was affordable.
+ 😁Bath/Shower room facilities, small but effective.
+ 😁Shower pressure excellent.
- 🙁Could do with an extractor in the toilet/shower area though.
+ 😁Towels good.
+ 😁Shower gel etc. all good.
+ 🙂Kitchen area was sufficient for our needs.

- 🙁Optional breakfast and other food, a bit pricey.
** 🤧Idea: A box of tissues would not go amiss.
** 📒Idea: A hard copy itinerary of the room, facilities, extras - only found the safe on the last morning - and an instruction manual for the electrical gadgets would be even better. Not everybody wants to sit and scroll through their phones/laptops trying to locate the extras.
** 📖Idea: Perhaps an additional information leaflet/booklet on nearby locations plus a hard copy street map. Again, not all mobiles have lasting batteries and google directions are a bit wayward.

- 😏Beds a bit too high for smaller people.
** 💡Idea: Perhaps a lower tog for lighter duvets in the warmer weather?
- 🦵🏻A lot of sharp corners for older legs bumping into. Older skin is thinner, therefore bleeds and bruises far more readily. ** 🤷🏽‍♀️Idea: Some sharp corner pads perhaps?
- 😬Sink tap is, and unfortunately, stained from the hard water.
--- 🥵 🥵The most negative part was the room temperature air control. This did not decrease below 18 degrees with no fan-induced, cooling air being circulated.
** 🪭☃️Idea: It might be well worth installing overhead fans to circulate the hot air into something more comfortable. As an asthmatic, I found the room to be very stuffy and uncomfortable. As did the sisters.

Excellently loacted, clean and friendly apartment complex that can be highly recomended.
Pros:

Perfectly situated, very close to plenty of restaurants and cafes. 3 minutes walk to train stations. Walking distance to Shoreditch, Bangla town curry mile and very safe area.
Staff are very helpful and was always available for all our requirements.

Cons:

The Air Conditioner not been available throughout the day and switched on only at night was the only problem and was quite a concerning problem unfortunately. But the staff were very helpful to switch on each time.

We hebben genoten van London en het ontvangst!
Pros:

De locaties is een goede uitvalsbasis om London te bezoeken. Vrij dicht bij de metro. Ontbijt is verzorgd alleen geen traditioneel Engels ontbijt. Wel voldoende keuze. Het personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Airconditioning was aangenaam met deze hitte en goed functionerend.

Cons:

De beschrijving van de kamer is niet in lijn met de realiteit, althans dit maak je niet uit op basis van de aangeleverde foto’s. Wij hadden een kamer verwacht met een afzonderlijke kamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een aparte ruimte waar de slaapbank staat voor de derde persoon. In plaats daarvan stond de enkele slaapbank in de tweepersoonsskamer zonder scheiding. Een upgrade was toen niet meer mogelijk mits het weekend volboekt was.

The air conditioning was not working properly. The shower room very disappointing looked like a hospital toilet! The bed could have done with being placed a little more away from the wall.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

i loved everything this perfect space had to offer. Clean, modern, loved the kitchenette with the smeg accs. Lovely big bed - slept like a log. It was perfect and i will definitely be back!
