We had a wonderful stay with our baby

The kindness of the staff, the view from the room, the room was clean and tidy. The staff ordered a small bathtub to insert in the shower for our baby. We had a lovely stay - 100% recommend

Good stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room, relatively modern, close to bus and underground connections. The room was quiet and well equipped.

Cons:

We booked the single bedroom apartment so that our 4 year old could sleep somewhat separately from us, so that we could still talk, watch TV, shower, ...
The room was divided a bit oddly: our bedroom was basically surrounded by the rest of the apartment. Our bed felt short and it was touching 3 walls which meant that one of us was trapped. The A/C does not reach the bedroom unless the door is left open, and even then, it felt uneven. The bathroom door does not have a traditional handle which meant it made a loud noise when closing or opening.

The room was clean. The staffs are very friendly.

Cons:

Even though it was a big bed, is actually 2 single bed joined together therefore there is a gap in middle which can be uncomfortable after some time.

Kleines aber feines Apartment in guter Lage
Pros:

Das kleine Apartment liegt vielleicht 15 Gehminuten vom London Tower entfernt. Die nächste Underground Station ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Zimmer war klein, aber gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, da wir uns mit der vorhanden Küche selbst verpfegt haben.

Problematyczna obsługa kranu pod prysznicem. Po przekręceniu woda poleciała od razu z deszczowicy czego nie lubię, a nie ze słuchawki.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nur 5 Min von der U Bahn Station Aldgate east entfernt, von wo man bestens überall hin kommt. In 1 Station ist man beim Tower oder fußläufig ca 10 Min. Lebensmittelshops und Restaurants gleich daneben. Stadtteil Whitechapel daher sehr zu empfehlen zum Spitalsfield Market und zur Brick road zu spazieren. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Leider gab es kein English breakfast und das Fenster konnte man nicht zum Lüften öffnen
