We enjoyed our stay, but a few improvements would make the experience even better.
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for six nights. First of all, I would like to highlight the positives: the hotel has an excellent location, close to both bus stops and a metro station. The room was very modern, with a kitchen, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

However, there is still room for improvement. Almost every day, I had to remind the hotel staff to provide napkins, which was a little disappointing. Also, the breakfast was exactly the same every single day. Although the food was of very high quality and really tasty, it would have been nice to have more variety, especially fresh vegetables and omelettes.

Pros:

Een prima aparthotel. Het ziet er mooi uit van binnen, en het is ruim genoeg voor 3 personen. Fijn dat er een mini keuken inzit incl vaatwasser, kookplaat en koelkast.
De badkamer was prima met een erg fijne douche.
In de buurt genoeg restaurantjes, metro (Aldgate) en bus (neem de 15!). Op loopafstand van Tower bridge.
Een fijn app die je prima kan boeken bij een verblijf in Londen.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

Del alojamiento me gustó prácticamente todo. Es muy nuevo, está bien amueblado, tanto la cama como el sofá-cama que se dividía en dos camas individuales eran muy confortables. Fue un viaje de cuatro amigas y aunque es un espacio pequeño estuvimos cómodas. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Nuestro apartamento está ubicado en la planta 12 y tenía unas vistas estupendas, y además dispone de persiana. Muy tranquilo y sin ruido. La ubicación es conveniente, es cierto que la zona en sí no tiene mucho interés, y que alguna de las calles cercanas están poco cuidadas, pero pudimos llegar caminando a la City en 15 minutos, hay estación de metro cercana, y no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema de seguridad. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad del personal. Son jóvenes, amables y eficientes. Gracias a Cristina, Mohamed, Nazia y Chantal. Si volviese a Londres, repetiría porque la calidad-precio me parece extraordinariamente bien.

Cons:

Todos nos gustó, aunque como pequeños aspectos a mejorar, había poco espacio para colgar la ropa y el sistema de luces puede ser un poco confuso.

Un lugar perfecto para alojarse en Londres
Pros:

Estaba muy limpio, muy organizado todo para lo pequeñito que era. Tenía todo lo necesario. La cama cómoda y silencioso.

Cons:

Eché de menos un poquito más grande el baño. Pero estaba muy bien.
