Wonderful accomodation at an affordable price in great central Chiswick location.
Pros:

Location and value for money. Very comfortable room and amenities are excellent. Staff brilliant. Bar, restaurant etc are very good too.

Gute Lage, schöne Einrichtung, freundliches Personal, aber dunkles Studio im Keller

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage war für mich persönlich ideal, wenn man - wie ich - mal in Chiswick wohnen will. U-Bahn-Station, Restaurants, Pubs und Shops in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Das Zimmer (Studio) war sehr dunkel, weil es war im Untergeschoß (sie nennen es "Courtyard Ebene"). Man muss auch tagsüber das Licht aufdrehen, das sollte man wissen. Aber wenn man auf Tageslicht und Aussicht verzichten kann, ist es okay.

Nice budget stay
Pros:

Large room with good shower and bathroom.

Cons:

Cleaning of the room. I learned that they don't clean the cups or dishes, but the shower floor was very grimy after 5 nights, and I found an unwrapped chocolate on the floor near the bed that had been there for a while. Otherwise it was ok. It sounded like the people in the room above us were moving furniture most nights, so noise is an issue. One day they forgot to give us towels. This was sorted once I asked.

Staff and location were nice.

Cons:

The room looked nothing like the pictures, neither did the bathroom. The assured me I'd get a double bed and yet we ended up in singles like children. Plus there was a door leading into the next room and we just had to hope nobody had a key.

Spend your money somewhere else.

Rewelacyjny hotel, przepyszne śniadania i świetna okolica!
Pros:

Świetny hotel, każdy szczegół mocno przemyślany, tak aby goście czuli się naprawdę dobrze. Bardzo fajny wystrój, widać, że hotel dba o ekologię. Bardzo przemiły i pomocny personel. Wyśmienite śniadania z karty!! Położenie hotelu bardzo dobre, blisko metra (a wciąż jest to druga strefa więc nie wydałyśmy majątku na komunikację miejską), przystanków autobusowych i sklepów, obok fajny spożywczy gdzie można kupić gotowe dania i odgrzać sobie w aneksie kuchennym, który jest również ogromnym plusem (a pokoje są spore, a jak na warunki londyńskie - bardzo duże). Okolica bardzo spokojna, mieszkalna, z typowo angielskimi, przepięknymi budynkami, ale nie zabrało też pubów czy kawiarni. Długo wybierałam hotel w Londynie na mój wyjazd z mamą i cieszę się, że wybór padł na ten hotel :)
