Purtroppo durante la notte molti rumori provenienti, penso , dalle condotte del raffreddamento ciò ha comportato una notte non tranquilla. e insonne.

Nothing to remember.
The room was nice. The staff working in the bar were lovely.
They advertise the pool as free but you have to pay 38euro per person per day to use a small indoor pool. They tried to charge us 9 euro to bring a cork screw up to our room. The man working in reception was not helpful. We would have never booked this stay if we knew about the pool as we planned to stay and relax in the hotel while waiting for our flight.
La piscine n'était pas compris dans le prix des chambres. Et je l'ai découvert à la réception. Ce serait bien de le signaler avant. Car j'avais choisi cet hôtel parce qu'il y avait une piscine. Et ça coûte 38€ par personne pour 2 nuits.
Camere nuove e pulite
La camera dove io ho soggiornato non era insonorizzata. Si sentiva il traffico della strada adiacente. Inoltre il ricircolo d'aria interno alla stanza si attivava in maniera periodica e costante facendo molto rumore. Ciò non mi ha consentito di dormire.
Bel hôtel mais piscine salle de sport payante si chambre standard 38€ par personne pour 2 heure.
Le personnel n est pas très accueillant et très stricte style 5 étoiles, c est un peu dommage pour ce genre d établissement.
Our stay at Life Hotel was wonderful. We stayed in the Superior Suite, which was spacious, modern, beautifully presented and exceptionally comfortable. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a great variety every morning and was a lovely way to start the day.
What stood out the most was the kindness of the staff. Before our arrival we explained that our flight had been delayed until after midnight, and they were incredibly understanding and reassured us that a late check-in would not be a problem. During our stay, my partner became unwell and needed to spend time in hospital, and the staff were genuinely caring and helpful. Their compassion made a difficult situation much easier. The hotel is also in a peaceful location with plenty of parking, making it an excellent base for exploring Bergamo, Lake Como and the surrounding area.
A special thank you to Monica and the rest of the team for their kindness, professionalism and understanding throughout our stay. Your warm welcome and support, especially with our late arrival and unexpected medical situation, meant so much to us. We truly appreciated your hospitality.
The location is a little outside Bergamo city centre, so having a car is definitely recommended. Other than that, we genuinely had very little to complain about.

Dear madam dear sir,
We booked a room for tonight through Booking.com then once at the reception desk, the receptionist told us that the spa access was not included and it was an extra of €38 per person.
Unfortunately we saw that for €10 more. We can book a superior room that include the spa access.
I am in the wheelchair and the two rooms are equivalent…
The receptionist told us that she hasn’t time to expose every possibility to every customer and that we are smart enough to know what we want.
We were the only customer in the lobby at that time, and she was just trying to make us pay 70 euro more than necessary.
I hope this is not your Commercial politic.
