Modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Schöne Sauna. Sehr vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet. Restaurant gut, allerdings relativ teuer. Gute, ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Man kann das mit dem "stylisch" und den englischen Sprüchen echt übertreiben... 🙄

Cons:

- sehr laut nachts im Zimmer durch laute Musik von Aussen und Terrassenbereich wird nicht abgedunkelt
- öffentliche Bereiche könnten sauberer sein
- Garage ist viel zu eng gebaut
- Mitarbeiter:innen an der Rezeption sind freundlich dafür wenig kompetent:
- Zimmerschlüssel ging nicht trotz Late Check Out
- Taxi sollten wir die anderen Gästen teilen und selber schauen ob wir Platz haben
- Kaugummi kauende Rezeptionistin wirkt nicht sehr professionell

Mussten leider abbrechen - aufgrund der Lage kommt das Hotel für einen weiteren Aufenthalt definitiv

Sehr attraktives Frühstück allerdings mit etwas zähen Brötchen
Super Cocktails wenn auch sehr hochpreisig

Cons:

Zum Beispiel hätte beim Gepäck geholfen werden können, da es frühmorgens und ansonsten nichts los war als wir leider abbrechen mussten: ich körperlich dauerhaft beeinträchtigt und zudem schlechte Tage und Tochter der es zunehmrnd gar nicht gutging. Da ist es schon sehr traurig, dass niemand mit anfasst. Beim Einchecken hat wie sie sich denken können auch niemand geholfen. Auch hätte man beim Auschecken eine Kleinigkeit der verlorenen Zeit aus Kulanz ersetzen können - dies muss ja nicht über einen Abzug an der Rechnung sein - ein Gutschein wäre ja auch völlig in Ordnung gewesen.

Wir hatten ein Hinundher mit der Reservation - die jungen Leute an der Reception waren eher unmotiviert und wenig freundlich. Die Managerin ist sehr nett und hat mit einem persönlichen, sehr professionellen Gespräch viel gut gemacht.
