GREAT location!! Before booking, I called to get information about the hotels geographical location and Felesha was super helpful! Her welcoming personality and willingness to answer my questions was the biggest reason for booking! She's been here each morning and always has a smile on her face. Aside from her service, the hotel is neat and clean. It's near plenty of restaurants, shopping and also a quick drive to downtown OKC! Highly recommend!!
Fleicia was amazing cheching us in. The hotel was extwrmly clean, The bartendwr was wonderful ( Liz)
Tge pool area was amazing!
Hotel was great. The service at the bar/restaurant was exeptional. I would recomend the WXYZ bar to anyone. attendant Liz was exeptional. Great attendance and great service.
This location is ideal to my work and I love the low pressure atmosphere at the bar is a huge benefit. The bar tender, Liz, is a great addition to the staff here.
I had an overnight stay as well as an event held in their meeting space. Kambrien and the ladies up front were super Kind and helpful. As well as the events coordinator, Tamara was great to work with. Highly recommend
Nothing
The staff was rude. In fact, they charged me for an extra day and refused to allow me to stay there. I was literally put out on the street. I do not recommend staying at this aloft.
They were nice. The rooms are very modern. The shower is beautiful.
Annoying kids playing pool and yelling at guests walking through the lobby.
Great hotel with a great staff. Very clean and comfortable. The bar is limited but it all met our needs for the 2 nights we needed a good place to stay.
A little off the beaten path but still close to most good restaurants and entertainment. I would stay here again. Our room was next to a huge vent that sounded like a vacuum cleaner. But didn't really hear it inside the room as much. Some of the halls were dark.
We rented a meeting space at Aloft by Marriott, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team accommodated all of our needs, and the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Willie was especially helpful—he made sure we had everything we needed and was always nearby if any questions or requests came up. His attentiveness and professionalism made a great experience even better. I highly recommend Aloft by Marriott to anyone looking for a meeting or event space.

The location was good.
The Staff was not very friendly, on the contrary, kind of rude; they gave us 2 dirty rooms, and then finally the 3rd was ok. The shower didn't work very well, half of the water was coming from the shower and the other half from the spout, so it was very hard and inconvenient to shower. The tv at my parents room didnt work. We asked them to clean our room, but they didn't.
Very disappointed for being a Marriott brand hotel...
We booked two rooms for my wife and myself, and my son and his wife. My wife and I had to move out of the first room because there was water coming up through the floor of the shower- toilet area, and the floor in front of the sink. We were told by reception to just put a towel down and that will dry-all the rooms do it. The next morning we decided we can’t stay in the room, and got a different room. No water coming up through the floor, but there were quarter inch spaces between some of the linoleum tile, and thre were chips and scratchedpaint all over the room. This is an old hotel that is not being maintained properly . I can’t understand who is leaving excellent reviews.
