Pros:

Es war sehr nahe liegend zur Innenstadt und alles Zentral

Die Zimmer waren top trotz etwas Problematik mit Tür Safe und WLAN

⭐ Enttäuschend, schlecht organisiert und absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Ich bin wirklich sprachlos über diesen Hotelaufenthalt! Ich unternehme regelmäßig Städtereisen, bin viel unterwegs und übernachte dementsprechend häufig in Hotels. Was wir hier erlebt haben, ist für mich allerdings absolut inakzeptabel.

Bereits am Anreisetag funktionierte das Keycard-System nicht richtig. Doch der eigentliche Höhepunkt war die völlig katastrophale Organisation beim Frühstück.

Wir mussten tatsächlich zwei Stunden warten, um überhaupt zum Frühstücksbuffet zu gelangen! Für ein Hotel dieser Größe ist es schlichtweg unverständlich, dass nicht genügend Sitzplätze für die eigenen Gäste zur Verfügung stehen. Eine derartige Fehlplanung darf in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie einfach nicht vorkommen.

Als wir nach dieser langen Wartezeit endlich an der Reihe waren, wurde uns von der Mitarbeiterin am Empfang des Frühstücksbereichs mitgeteilt, dass die Frühstückszeit bereits vorbei sei und wir nichts mehr essen könnten. Man stelle sich das einmal vor: Man wartet zwei Stunden auf das Frühstück und bekommt am Ende nicht einmal die Möglichkeit, überhaupt zu frühstücken!

Als ich anschließend an der Rezeption nach einer Lösung fragte, konnte man uns ebenfalls nicht weiterhelfen. Keine angemessene Lösung, kein Entgegenkommen und offenbar auch kein Interesse daran, die Situation für die Gäste zufriedenstellend zu klären.

Besonders dreist: Wir haben das Frühstück trotzdem bezahlt!

Für drei Zimmer haben wir insgesamt 358 € bezahlt. Bei aller Liebe: Dafür erwarte ich zumindest eine funktionierende Ausstattung, eine vernünftige Organisation und einen respektvollen Umgang mit den Gästen. Stattdessen mussten wir uns mit technischen Problemen, einer völlig unzureichenden Frühstücksorganisation und hilflosem Personal auseinandersetzen.

Ich frage mich ernsthaft, wie dieses Hotel zu seiner 3-Sterne-Klassifizierung kommt.

Für 1 Nacht war’s erträglich, mehr nicht.
Pros:

Lage des Hotels grundsätzlich gut aber laut. Frühstück war sehr gut. Große Auswahl. Gute Qualität.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist für 3 Personen zu klein. Diese ausziehbare Couch sehr unbequem. Das Zimmer hat total aggressiv nach Reinigungsmitteln gerochen. Widerwillig haben sie uns das Formular gegeben, damit wir unterschreiben, dass wir das Fenster ganz öffnen können.
