I had a great stay at Ikonik Lisboa. The hotel is modern, clean, and offers excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the room was comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained.
Its proximity to the airport makes it a perfect place for those who need to travel by plane.

Falta de flexibilidade por parte da gestão. Somos clientes regulares mas desta vez o nosso voo foi cancelado. Perdemos 2 noites, as quais pedimos que fossem estendidas na nossa estadia. Ignoraram o nosso pedido, não consideraram qualquer reembolso ou ajuste nas datas. Optámos por passar as 2 noites seguintes num hotel diferente. Perderam 2 clientes.
Simpatia, Localização excelente. Pequeno almoço fabuloso. Vista para o Tejo. Design apelativo. Bom aroma nos corredores.

The bed was comfortable. The room was silent.
One of the towels was not clean. Had a brown stain... I can guess what that was.

Pequeno almoço ótimo a um preço acessível, tínhamos o quarto disponível para check in mais cedo e não cobraram extra por isso. Foi ótimo porque tivemos voo durante a noite e chegamos a Lisboa às 7h da manhã. A localização para mim foi ótima porque tem metro , comboio e autocarro próximo por isso foi fácil mobilizar em Lisboa e nas viagens para casa.

1. NO USB charging in room! Hotel looks to have been renovated. How could USB wall charger not implement?
2. Bathroom design not USER FRIENDLY!
No hooks near shower to place towel? One has to walk out wet across to reach for towel. Also, lack holding rack/hook/counter for change of clothes.
