Pros:

I love almost everything. Was upgraded rooms on the hotel which gave us a stunning view. Bed was comfortable the apartment was amazing!.

Cons:

The breakfast. The breakfast was very very disappointing. You would think with the reputation of the hotel. They would atleast put more effort i to the food that is served. I wont go into detail as the whole breakfast experience was shocking

Nice hotel shame about the lifts
Pros:

The buffet breakfast and bar area was nice

Cons:

The lifts were extremely slow with only one or two available at any time. Many negative comments from different people as they waited

Business show trade trip with comfort as a must

Location close to city and convention centre, plenty of dining options around. Staff extremely accomodating.

Cons:

Bar on 40th floor off limits to residents when booked for a function, guests should have access even if limited to a side area
