Close to pub and shops. Very handy. And the rate was good
Bedroom didnt have a tv....but not a deal breaker
It was close to the places we needed to go and check in and out was easy.
Comfortable and clean room.
It was close to main road so some traffic noise but they did provide ear plugs.
There was no blanket in the bedroom and was a thinner doona so I was a bit cold 🥶
If I turned air in on to hot for other half. Think it was a genuine oversight no blanket.

Very comfortable and clean, modern and fresh fit out, good facilities in the rooms including microwaves, good wifi, great cafe in the garden, walking distance to bus stop, a great supermarket, and park with another great cafe
Rooms overlooking the Princes Highway suffer from some road noise despite double glazing, however the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs and that helps with a good night’s sleep

Bed was on wheels, it moved every time someone went near it making me kick my toe into wall as 2nd bedroom quite small.
Thought it was advertised as 2 x Kings, 1 x King & 1 x Double

The bar fridge had defrosted and it was sitting on the carpet so a big patch of it was wet
We didn't have breakfast. Location was excellent
Everything was what we expected, except the coffee table could have been wiped as had cup marks on it.
The location is good and convenient.
However, the room was fully of dog urine smell, and they tried to hide it with fragrance, those smell mixed together and made us feel sick. We've stayed here for a night at room 102a, and came back again after 2 days later, hoping that the 2nd room won't be too bad after we complained to the receptionist. Well...you could still smell of urine at room 101a unfortunately. They charged people for $50 pet fee, but I believed that they never steam clean the carpet for a long time. And now I've a read for other people's comments and found that they've complained about the same issue since 2025, apparently nobody try to fix the issue. I suggest them to change the carpet into wooden/tiles floor instead, at least the owner can clean it up in the future.
