Great location, lovely grounds. Modern rooms accepts dogs.
Majority of staff were amazing and helpful.
Manager could be abrupt bordering on rude at times which was unwarranted.

Love staying at this place
The last few times we have had trouble with the bed mattress. Too soft. My husband has had back surgery and finds it very difficult to get out of the bed. This is the only complaint we have
The room was a good size, comfy bed and pillows.

The staff were incredibly friendly.
Despite the additional fees incurred for pet cleaning and parking, it was still very well priced.
While the room was clean, it had a scented plug in thing which (for me) was an unpleasant scent. My assumption is they are used as they are pet rooms, however surely there is a better alternative.
Beware when booking on Booking.com that the pet cleaning fee isn't included in the price. I had to pay an extra $50 at the hotel for one night. This price increases the longer you stay. There is also a $10 fee for parking.
The room was spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable. Staff were great. We would definitely stay there again if we were able to get a room facing Florence St.
Our room was on the Glen Osmond side and the road noise made it hard to sleep as I am a light sleeper but we will ask for a room on the other side next time.

The location was so easy to find, cleanliness of the room was great. We had a phone call before arrival to make sure everything was as we needed (we had added a cot to our room for our child) so they confirmed bedding configuration. We had one issue as we checked in but it was quickly handled professionally and apologised for (wasn’t anything major) surprisingly facing glen osmond road it wasn’t overly noisy in the front bedroom.
The carpark is a tad tight with a larger car. We ended up moving our car for another person to be able to get theirs out, the bed was too soft for my liking but that is a personal preference.
Maybe as an add in the doors to the entry of the room and balcony could do with some deadlocks up higher that children can’t reach. My two year old and 5 year old could open all the doors. Which worried me as they could easily have got out or got out onto the balcony. We ended up putting a chair in front on the door overnight and the coffee table in front of the balcony door. As a precaution.
Room was comfortable and the Motel was easy to find, particularly travelling from interstate

The beds were Very comfortable and I am not easily pleased with mattresses so I was impressed. My son said his mattress was comfortable too. Was a bit worried it would be loud with traffic driving past but it wasn't loud at all. It was very handy having a lift to take us up to our apartm
ent rather than using the stairs repeatedly. Key card access worked instantly each time we used it.
The cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom were tricky to open. Some had a push spring thing to easily open them but others didn't spring open, and they also didn't have handles. So I had to pull them open from the bottom of the cupboard doors. But it didn't cost much to stay there so it's not a huge deal.
Carpark was a bit small for my large sized car.
Room was good pretty and clean.
Private apartment close to suburban areas we wanted to be in. Parking onsite. Quiet and comfortable.
