The room was nice, but it didn’t satisfy our stay.

We checked in, got ready to swim and then when we were going in they said it was closed for an event. If I would have known that I would have changed to another hotel

Pros:

It was clean and it smelled good in our room. It was on the second floor, and the view was not that bad.

Cons:

Since we had a total of six of us we had to have two rooms we completely didn’t even use one of the rooms. The room that we did not use was far down the hall away from my original room being that I am the mom. So we only used one of the rooms. One had one bed and the other had two beds; the one that had one bed smelled pretty bad it smelled like toilet and cigarette smell aside from it not looking as clean as the room we all stayed which was 207. the breakfast could use some that are alternatives. There was actually a fly. It was dead on top of my closed yogurt it was disgusting. They literally closed the kitchen doors at 10 AM sharp and do not allow nobody else to come in after that that could use some fixing not be so rigid on that time. We were literally inside the kitchen before 10 AM and we’re still getting things past 10 AM and they closed both doors, the one to come in the one to come out. They did let us go out but dang why would they have to close the doors like that? Why not leave them open for us to just freely come out? The breakfast was not the best very flavorless and not so healthy. The whole entire building says that it’s smoke free yet it smells so much like marijuana and like cigarette everywhere in the halls and especially in the elevators and in one of the rooms that we had which we didn’t even stay in because it smelled so bad.

Pros:

Location was perfect for my purposes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

Cons:

I chose this property because they had EV charging. However only one charger actually worked and it was occupied all night (it’s a slow charger, so understandable)
