Amei ninha estadia em Singapura
Pros:

Da localização. Bairro muito tranquilo, cheio de lojas, restaurantes, fácil acesso ao metrô e 20 min a pé da Marina Bay . Nosso voo atrasou, chegamos 1 dia após a reserva e os funcionários foram muito solícitos e compreensivos. Quando cheguei tive dificuldade com a chave de acesso e eles me auxiliaram em todo o processo. Respostas rápidas pelo WhatsApp e o reembolso foi feito no mesmo dia do check-out

Cons:

O quarto realmente era bem pequeno, com pouco espaço para malas grandes.

Perfect location and service
Pros:

Due to maintenance, we were moved to Purvis Street. The location was perfect. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and the perfect size for us. Digital concierges, Divina and Rome, were very helpful and responsive. Communication was easy and we received immediate answers to our questions.

Perfect location
Pros:

The location was perfect especially for muslim travellers. Arab street has such a good vibe. Loads of food options.

Posizione ottima in un bellissimo quartiere, staff disponibilissimo. Un grazie a Dopo, Trisha e Jamie

Cons:

Sapevamo che non avrebbero cambiato gli asciugamani perché è (quasi) tutto self-service, ma la camera non è stata mai pulita dopo 4 notti, forse per un soggiorno minore ci sta ma probabilmente dopo la terza notte una pulita sarebbe necessaria.

Pros:

The staff, especially Popo, Trisha, and Jamie, were extremely welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Even though everything was handled digitally, everything worked smoothly, and there was always someone available to help if needed.
The room was very small, but every inch of space was used efficiently, and it was also very clean. We also really appreciated having access to washing machines and dryers, which were free to use.
Another big plus was the lovely little gluten-free bakery right next to the hotel.
The location is fantastic, right in a lively neighborhood with plenty of shops and cool food spots. Bugis MRT station is also just a short walk away.
We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!

Great location, close to lots of food, cafés, Haji Lane, Kampong Glam, Masjid Sultan, etc.

Public transport is also just a 5 mins + walk

The room was clean and the staffs, Popo, Trisha & Jamie were very responsive, giving clear and detailed instructions.
