very clean and easy to find. location was good.
digital access card was a bit of a problem, but i was sorted with a physical access card in the lock box. room was extremely small. bed was too small for me, i am kind of a tall guy. laundry was done just outside of the room, should not be on at 11pm.

ブギス駅も徒歩で行けますし、バス停もサルタン・モスクの近くにあって、近隣に飲食店も多くとても生活しやすかったです！モスクが近いのでアザーンが毎日聞こえました。Hari Raya Hajiと重なったので、コーランが朝聞こえる日もあり、面白い経験ができました☺️
以前同じ系列の場所に泊まりましたが、Heritage Collectionはスタッフ対応も素早く親切です。一般的なホテルよりも安価で清潔感もあって最高でした。

Had a great stay at Heritage Collection at Arab. The location was excellent — close to Haji Lane, Bugis, cafes, and MRT. The room was clean, modern, and very well maintained. Self check-in was smooth and convenient. Special thanks to Popo, Loc, Divina, and Jamie for their excellent service and quick support throughout the stay. Really appreciated their hospitality and responsiveness. Would definitely stay again.
