Pros:

Not a thing!

Cons:

I had to find another hotel with my children after traveling all day because the hotel computer system went down. The staff want helpful at all. They should have assisted us with finding other accommodation but after hours of waiting, we were on our own.

Imposible to sleep With te noisy AC on
Pros:

Hotel with renovated facilities. Clean and comfortable rooms. Ccentral location.

Cons:

However, the air conditioning units are very poor and extremely noisy. It is impossible to sleep with the AC on. We turned it off at night, but every 30 to 40 minutes it would automatically restart and wake us up. I spent the entire night getting up to turn it off. The next day, the hotel staff resolved it (they enabled manual control on the unit). It is unreasonable for a relatively new hotel to equip such poor air conditioning units in a city where using them is essential.
The breakfast is just okay, with very few options.
