Pros:

The bed and bedding was very comfortable

Cons:

The side of the building that this room was in was very noisy. We mistakenly thought this was a strip view and it was not. It was the other side and it was very noisy with the street traffic.

Great stay at great price with easy access to the strip.
Pros:

Very nice hotel without the gaming. Walk ways take you straight to Bellagio and other hotels and onto the strip. Great room and very good price. Free valet parking.

Cons:

My check in was at 3pm I got my first room at 5pm and my second room 9pm. But I never got a call that the second room was ready. I went to the front desk at 11pm and they told me my second room was ready since 9pm. They didn't even want to give me the key for the 1st room that was ready they wanted to give me the keys when the 2nd room was as well. I asked to speak to manager and thats when they gave me the key for the 1st room. And there was a leak in the 2nd room in the closet. I was not satisfied with the cleaning. They didn't put trash bags in trash cans.

Was told I can check in early but had to wait for 3 hrs in the lobby because I could not get my car back until I had a room number or get charged $40 for 2 min parking I have emails to prove it also the room was dirty with shrimp In the microwave that stunk so bad there was shit on the toilet seat that we had to clean guest blanket had a hole in it and the was something on the curtains

It’s not worthy to spend more on the basic suite. The room as not been maintained carefully and without any supplies.
Pros:

Location is good and convenient. It’s walkable to be on strip or connect to other facilities in strip.
The reception lady was friendly.
The suite is spacious.
Pool looks good for family with little kid.

Cons:

Pay more from the room for the upgraded suite. The suite is not very detailed and is low maintenance. We can easily find scratches on furnitures and none functional lights at the room.
The kitchen looks great with a coffee capsule machine but there is nothing brewing. No tea bag or any coffee. Even without any kitchen wares (plates/forks/knives). Guests must to ask for any items or supplies.

The staff are very accommodating.

Cons:

We waited for more than 1 hr to get to our room. Once we get inaude our room we smelled awful and disgusting we saw part of the sofa is wet and it smell"vomit" . We informed the staff and they send someone to spray the sofa. Even they sprayed it the smell still there. So I just covered it with pillow and 3 blankets. We didn't sit on the sofa, I just requested a rolled out bed.
