Situación excepcional junto a la estación y el Centro Comercial Urzaiz y a escasos metros de la Puerta del Sol y el puerto. Hotel nuevo con instalaciones modernas y amplias habitaciones. Cama extra grande y todas las comodidades. El desayuno en la planta ático con vistas espectaculares y muy completo. Personal muy atento. Sin duda con ganas de repetir

Minha estadia no hotel em Vigo foi muito positiva. O hotel tem uma localização muito boa, em frente à estação de Vigo-Urzáiz e a cerca de 13 minutos da estação Vigo-Guixar, o que facilitou bastante os deslocamentos pela cidade e região e o acesso às principais atrações. O ambiente é limpo, organizado e confortável, proporcionando uma boa experiência de descanso. O quarto era aconchegante e atendeu bem às necessidades da estadia. Gostaria de destacar também a simpatia e a cordialidade de toda a equipe do hotel, sempre muito atenciosa, prestativa e disposta a ajudar com informações e orientações, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais agradável e acolhedora. O café da manhã também merece destaque, não só pela qualidade, mas principalmente pela vista lindíssima, que torna o momento ainda mais agradável. No conjunto, foi uma hospedagem muito boa, confortável e prática para conhecer Vigo.

Pros:

The staff were excellent. Very helpful. Our air conditioning was not working one night but the man on duty in the evening lent us a fan which was really good and the lady who served us at breakfast also was very friendly too. Staff at reception were very helpful in telling us which bus to get to the beach and also for recommending restaurants.
