Pros:

Lage, geräumiges wunderschönes und modernes Zimmer (endlich mal kein Teppichboden...)
Nettes Personal.
Frühstück, super Kaffee.
Sehr gute Kommunikation im Voraus und vor Ort.
Günstiger Flughafenshuttle (25 Euro pro Weg).

Cons:

Für eine längere Aufenthaltszeit mit Kindern fehlt leider eine Spielmöglichkeit oder ein Pool.

Qualidade do quarto.

Cons:

Detestámos que por duas vezes entrassem no nosso quarto. Primeiro um funcionário da manutenção e de seguida outra funcionária do hotel, acompanhada do mesmo funcionário, depois de saberem que o quarto estava ocupado. Depois recebemos chamada da recepção a informar que tinha havido um erro do sistema, que indicava que o quarto estava vago, e que a manutenção ia verificar o ar condicionado. Inadmissível a intromissão na nossa privacidade, e o ar condicionado estava em perfeitas condições. Achámos tudo mirabolante.

Duży, ładny apartament z poważnymi słabościami
Pros:

Powierzchnia i wyposażenie apartamentu, osobna sypialnia, pokój dzienny z możliwością rozłożenia 2 osobowej sofy do spania, aneks kuchenny z płytą indukcyjną, mikrofalą i lodówką, czajnik. Lokalizacja hotelu poza centrum, ale w niewielkiej odległości, tuż obok mariny. Uprzejmość jednego z kelnerów, absolutnie szybkie i wyczerpujące odpowiedzi teamu wysyłane via WhatsApp na wszelkie pytania i prośby o podpowiedzi - dziękuję :)

Cons:

hotel wciśnięty pomiędzy ogrodzenie parkingu a ruiny zabudowań po drugiej stronie ulicy. Apartament 110 na I piętrze to druga kategoria, balkon pokoju bezużyteczny - pod balkonem urządzenia klimatyzacji zaplecza pokoju hałasujące niemiłosiernie, powyżej balkonu … parking samochodów, obok plac zaplecza hotelu . Hałas i wibracje z urządzeń klimatyzacji zaplecza hotelu przeszkadzają mocno pomimo zamknięcia okna, o pozostawieniu otwartego okna można zapomnieć. Jeden z kelnerów podczas śniadań z chroniczną amnezją - zapomina o zamówieniach ciepłych posiłków i kawy (a nawet jajecznica nie jest dostępna bez zamówienia) , trzeba bardzo długo czekać i przypominać się. Czystość - bez rewelacji, dziecko znalazło na podłodze w łazience czyjeś zużyte soczewki kontaktowe.
Podobno posiadacze poziomu Genius 3 Booking mają jakieś bonusy - ja w ramach „bonusu” otrzymałem apartament II kategorii…
