Pros:

The bed was super comfy, the room was bright with plenty of storage. The balcony was perfect for relaxing - right across the street is a building that is abandoned but also a view of the fort and ocean. The breakfast was really good with a hot menu available.

Das “Gym” war winzig und bestand nur aus 3 Geräten. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert.

Excellent, would return again.
Pros:

The location is easy to find. You can hear a bit the passing cars and motorcycles but that applies to the whole city.
The rooms are spacious (we had 1bedroom apartment), clean and cozy. It exceeded our expectation. Daily cleaning, bathrobes and complimentary refreshment upon arrival. They also provided gluten-free bread for me.

Cons:

I rated staff as little lower as most of the staff does not really speak much English (again this is a finding we have from 3 Azores islands). People either speak perfect or very little. So it was had to get the breakfast right as sometimes we got different eggs or did not get coffee we ordered. The people are nice but they just do not have enough experience from tourism.
