Restaraunt staff were pleasant. Underground parking. Excellent breakfast included in room cost!

Pros:

Modernes Hotel, große Zimmer mit Küche, Frühstück war in Ordnung

Cons:

Personal teilweise inkompetent, Lage war praktisch weil in der Nähe des Zentrums, dennoch unschöne Straße...
Zimmer hatte Dachfenster, dies sorgte nicht nur für warme Temperaturen im Zimmer, sondern auch für unangenehme Gerüche sobald man diese öffnete
(Wahrscheinlich in der Nähe der hoteleigenen Abgasleitung?)
Auch hörte man dauernd im Zimmer eine sehr laute Lüftungsanlage (Hotelpersonal wusste nicht was es ist) und im Bad hat es oft nach Abfluss gerochen

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal, sehr schöne Zimmer und auch das Essen war sehr gut. Die Strasse und die Ruine gegenüber sind das einzige Manko, aber dafür kann das Hotel nix. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wenn Terceira, dann wieder genau dieses Hotel - klare Empfehlung von uns. Auch die Lage an sich fanden wir sehr gut, die Altstadt in der Nähe und genügend Bars und Restaurants in Gehweite.

Großes Apartment mit einigen negativen Aspekten
Pros:

On the positive side, the apartment itself was spacious and offered plenty of room. The bed was comfortable, and the underground parking garage made parking very easy and convenient.

Overall, the accommodation has some good features, but the misleading information regarding air conditioning and the poor breakfast experience significantly affected our stay.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was that the apartment does not have a functioning air-conditioning system, despite this being mentioned in the description. The installed system is not capable of cooling the apartment at all. Previous reviews have already pointed this out, and unfortunately the issue still has not been resolved. During our stay the temperatures were moderate, but in the summer I would definitely not choose this accommodation.

Another major negative point was the breakfast service. Items that had run out were often not replenished, leaving guests with a very limited selection. In addition, the breakfast staff made us feel quite uncomfortable. They were often unfriendly, dismissive, and unwelcoming. We travel frequently and have not experienced such an unpleasant atmosphere at breakfast for a long time.

O ar condicionado não funciona e o calor é insuportável.
O pequeno almoço tem falhas.
A "piscina" que consta nas fotos do hotel é apenas um lava-pés desnecessário.

We all loved it and would definitely stay there again without hesitation

It was beautiful we had a 2 bedroom apartment for four people which was perfect
We all slept exceptionally well and enjoyed the facilities that were in the apartment

Spacious Modern Hotel with 5-10 minutes walking distance to center of town.
Pros:

We had a one-bedroom apartment. It is a very modern and spacious hotel with breakfast! It is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette with quality appliances. Modern bathroom and comfortable living room with a beautiful dining table. Loved 🥰 the way furniture was organized in bedroom, living room and dining room ! If we come back to Terceira, this is the place to stay again!

It was kind of sweet as we got a welcome note with some delicious custard. Staff were welcoming, attentive and friendly.

Pros:

The bed was super comfy, the room was bright with plenty of storage. The balcony was perfect for relaxing - right across the street is a building that is abandoned but also a view of the fort and ocean. The breakfast was really good with a hot menu available.
