متأسفانه تجربه اقامت من در این هتل رضایت‌بخش نبود. نظافت اتاق‌ها و بخش‌های مختلف هتل در سطح قابل قبولی نبود. صبحانه بسیار نامرتب بود و تنوع و مقدار غذاها نیز بسیار کم بود. علاوه بر این، رفتار و نحوه صحبت برخی از کارکنان حرفه‌ای و محترمانه نبود و باعث ناراحتی ما شد. با توجه به هزینه‌ای که پرداخت کردیم، انتظار خدمات و برخورد بسیار بهتری داشتیم.


Maalesef bu oteldeki konaklama deneyimimiz memnuniyet verici değildi. Otelin ve odaların temizliği yeterli seviyede değildi. Kahvaltı oldukça düzensizdi ve sunulan yiyeceklerin çeşitliliği ile miktarı çok yetersizdi. Ayrıca çalışanların davranışları ve konuşma tarzları profesyonel ve nazik değildi. Ödediğimiz ücret karşılığında çok daha iyi hizmet ve misafirperverlik bekliyorduk.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der allgemeinen Bereiche des Hotels entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Das Frühstück war schlecht organisiert, und sowohl die Auswahl als auch die Menge der angebotenen Speisen waren sehr begrenzt. Darüber hinaus waren das Verhalten und die Ausdrucksweise einiger Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Für den gezahlten Preis hätten wir einen deutlich besseren Service erwartet.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was not satisfactory. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was below expectations. The breakfast was poorly organized, and both the variety and quantity of the food were very limited. In addition, the attitude and manner of speaking of some staff members were unprofessional and unfriendly. Considering the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of service and hospitality.

Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the stay very comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The overall service and hospitality were excellent, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail.

Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The only small downside was the breakfast, which was quite basic compared to the rest of the experience.

Iv stayed there 5 times now and it's such a nice place to stay
Pros:

Even though breakfast was included i didn't eat it as i just dont eat all that for breakfast could do with offering toast too. Location is perfect for the town centre and places to eat

Cons:

The rooms could do with a bit of updating the floor was coming up in some places in my room, the door frame on the inside was coming away..the shower head was old n rusty.
