Pros:

Amazing location, a walk to terminal 3 is only a few mins from the lobby.

Cons:

Our room had several inoperable things, bedside USB charger didn’t work, the toilet seat was completely broken and falling off, remote batteries were dead. Maintenance is lacking.

Very difficult to reach hotel from T4

Very friendly staff, comfy big beds and lovely swimming pool.

Cons:

The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service from Terminal 4, but it was very unclear with no communication from the hotel where exactly the pickup point is at Terminal 4, despite we had a confirmed shuttle reservation and shared our flight number and phone number with the hotel in advance. Apparently, after arrival in Terminal 4 you need to follow the signs to ‘Zona de Familiares y Amigos’ on an orange door where the shuttle waits. We were waiting a long time at a different exit of Terminal 4 and the hotel couldn’t explain clearly to us on the phone where exactly the Zona Familiares was located. After asking several people at Terminal 4 we found the Zina Familiares with a big delay.
