Molesta con el servicio de restaurant y la habitación
Pros:

El hotel por fuera y su alberca aunque no la use estaba bonito el lugar ,junto con el bar. En realidad lo tome por la cercanía al aeropuerto . Y por el horario de mi vuelo y lo harta y cansada del vuelo largo. La recepción el check in muy bien ,el checo Out muy atentos.

Cons:

Me toco una habitación que creo no hicieron bien el aseo, ya cuando destendi la cama se veía como que no las cambiaron . En realidad dormí desconfíe y me tape con el edredón y puse una toalla debajo. No baje porque andaba cansada y no quería alegar . EN EL RESTAURANT PIDO SERVICIO A LA HABITACION Y ME COBRABAN 15 % MAS POR EL SERVICIO EN VEZ DE DAR NOSOTROS SOLO PROPINA COMO EN TODO EL MUNDO.
PEDI PARA SUBIRLO A MI HABITACION REPITO CANSADA DELVUELO , DOY PROPINA AL MESERO Y NI POR ASOMO SE OFRECIO MINIMO A LLEVARME LA CHAROLA AL ELEVADOR,. QUE POCA FORMACION Y CAPACITACION LE DAN A LOS MESEROS. En fin desilusión me lleve de Cancun. Y de su hotel y es HILTON. No tome en cuenta tomar foto, de todas maneras la habitacion siempre queda como en penumbra . Y al dia siguiente nunca se me ocurrió abrir la cortina . En fin .

Good location for airport hotel.
Pros:

Ofcourse we have booked this hotel because of an early flight. So the location is perfect, next to the airport. The hotel room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We didn’t liked the fact that the swimming pool was dirty and also our bathroom.

Pour une nuit en attendant son vol c’est très bien et pratique.
Pros:

Facile d’accès et le transfert est très rapide et réactif. Les équipements de l’hôtel comme la piscine, la salle de sport.
La nourriture est de qualité.

Cons:

Nous étions au 7ème et dernier étage. Et nous entendions le bruit de toutes les appareils de ventilation sur le toit. Donc pas très agréable pour dormir.
Et le prix des boissons et du restaurant sont assez chers. Type prix européens vs prix mexicains.
