Great first night after a taxi scam
Pros:

We were scammed at the airport. PLEASE PLEASE be aware of “airport assistance” telling you that there is no access to this hotel because of “construction” and that you’ll get your money back in the morning from reception after you take a 800 pesos taxi. Fortunately, on this occasion I got my money back. You can walk to this hotel from any terminal. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

The hotel is in a Great location before or after your flight. Especially if you’re not planning on spending any time in Cancun. Food and pool great. Rooms exceptional.

Fijn hotel, vlakbij het vliegveld
Pros:

Mooi hotel en heel fijn om daar te verblijven na een lange reis. Alles ziet er goed verzorgd uit. De kamer is standaard maar prima. Zwembad mooi en uitgebreide ontbijtkeuze. Het was een heel goede start van onze vakantie!

Je kunt de gratis bus nemen naar terminal 2 (trap niet in de mensen die ben de bushalte staan en zeggen dat je een vliegticket nodig hebt) en er dan heen lopen.

Minder handig dan het lijkt.

Roomservice en gym.

Cons:

Shuttel kwam niet en het is echt niet te lopen. Je bent overgeleverd aan vervelende opdringerige mensen bij de taxi standplaats. In de kamer naast ons, afgescheiden met een deur tussen de kamers, zat een zeer luidruchtig gezin met kleine kinderen. Voor 0600 am wakker dus na een lange vlucht.

Pros:

the Hotel credit is a joke; they charge 400% of the original price to make money from the credit, we were not able to use it .

Cons:

he distances between the rooms and the lobby. there is not Marina, you have to take a transportation for an hour's drive. the hotel does not provide free transportation from and to the airport (no free shuttle )

Pros:

Super convenient location- we could easily have walked to terminal 3 but ended up taking the shuttle as it was leaving when we were.
Nice pool.
Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Restaurant had several menu items not available (no pizza, no spaghetti bolognaise) which reduced meal options particularly for the kids.
