Conveniently located near the airport, but do not expect to explore the city easily.
Pros:

I noticed that many people who stay at playa del Carmen, come to this hotel because it's so close to the airport in Cancún. They offer a shuttle but it takes literally just under 5 minutes to get there.
We did not take advantage of the breakfast buffet, but it seemed nice; maybe I can try another time.
Service was decent and the bar is really nice. We didn't go in the pool either, but it looks cool! If you are coming back from a busy vacation and want sometime to relax before your flight backi home, this will be a good option.

Cons:

It's a decent stay, however, not ideal if you plan to explore Cancun before your flight. The airport does not allow Uber drivers here, and you have to pay the local taxi service to take you to the touristic zones and that could be a little expensive.

Highly recommend.
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel. Very close to the airport. The free shuttle is convenient. The pool area was lovely. The breakfast was great.

It was quite expensive.

Instalaciones bien cuidadas y limpio. Mucha tranquilidad. Facilidad para comer o apuntarse al buffet libre.

Cons:

Nos dijeron que se podía ir andando pero llegando en la Terminal 4 no se puede.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Well not having English speaking channels except for CNN was highly disappointing.
Also, forcing customers to use Taxis and not letting Ubers come to the hotel for pick ups seems like a scam. Just saying. It cost me double to use a taxi versus Uber. And it should be something that is verbally clarified to the customer when they check in instead of waiting around for 20-30min trying to figure out why You can't get an Uber.
