We are a Moroccan family of 6, and we stayed at Dosso Dossi Hotels Yenikapı in Istanbul at the beginning of August. We had a truly wonderful experience, and what made our stay even more special was the amazing staff.

From the very first day, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, respectful, and helpful.

A special thank you to the housekeeping ladies for their kindness and attention to detail. Our rooms were cleaned perfectly every day, always with a smile.

The reception team was wonderful — welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist us whenever we needed anything.

We also truly appreciated the restaurant staff, who were friendly, attentive, and respectful throughout our stay.

And a special thank you to the older gentleman who helped us with our luggage on our first day. His kindness and warm welcome made a lovely first impression.

What we appreciated the most is the team spirit among the staff. You can really feel that they work together like a family, and everyone is willing to help, even when something is not necessarily part of their own job. If you ask any staff member for help, they never just say “that’s not my responsibility” — they genuinely try to help you or find a solution. That level of teamwork and kindness made us feel truly welcomed, cared for, and at home.

The hotel itself was also very clean, comfortable, and well located.
Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options.
The rooms also have large, balcony-style windows with doors that open fully. Despite the hotel being located on a lively street, the windows are well soundproofed, so we could enjoy a quiet and comfortable room without being disturbed by the noise outside.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in front of the metro station, which makes getting around Istanbul very easy and convenient. Everything you need is within walking distance — exchange offices, restaurants, BİM supermarket, local shops, and many other stores.
