The location is near Grand Bend Beach, with a nice vibe like Cancun, Mexico.
The price is a lot for the rooms, and they're nothing fancy, but they price like a 5-star hotel.

Clean, except for a missed dusting on rack above luggage rack.
Parking was a bit tricky. We needed to call front desk to raise the gate upon departure.
Clean and comfortable
Close to the beach
the staff were awesome, friendly and took pride in their work. The beds were comfortable and we loved that each bed had four different pillows to choose from (flat to lofty) to help you have a better sleep overall. (which is great when you have neck issues and didn't pack your own pillow) We did book the triple bed unit & it worked out perfectly for us.
The only real criticism would be the opening hours of the restaurant, it opens at 11 am. It would of been nice to have been able to have breakfast at the hotel. We found that nothing really opens until 10 am on the main street. The Lake Hound opened at 8 am but they were booked solid with large parties, so they said it would be a long time before a table would be available. The lineup was long (This being on a wet, rainy weekend, we wondered what it must be like on a busy, sunny weekend in peak season?) That being said, the hotel does offer coffee and tea near the front desk.
Alittle bit on the expensive side, but otherwise Great. Staff is top shelf
