Had a pleasant stay with a great location and helpful staff..definitely worth coming back for!
Pros:

The hotel was clean and conveniently located near Nagoya Mall. Other nearby places were easy to reach by Grab. The staff were very helpful, and Kasta Cafe & Restaurant was just within walking distance from the hotel. Will definitely come back again in the future!

Cons:

Request for non smoking room but unfortunately can still smell lingering of smoke smell from other rooms which is very strong and noisy cos it's beside the road. Wi fi keep disconnecting and slow.
