Pros:

Very good location in the center of Almaty with easy access to the airport and main city attractions. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, exactly what you expect from an Ibis hotel. We especially appreciated the friendly reception staff and the smooth early morning check-in after our night flight. Hotel was a perfect base for exploring the city and nearby mountains. Great value for money and we would definitely stay again.

Местоположение, персонал готов помочь

Cons:

Приехал в 5ч00 утра, засели в номер 222, а там были две кровати тогда когда я заказал 1 большую.... Спал не очень. Попросил, чтобы переселили, мне сказали, что возьмут мои вещи и переведут в другой номер. Вечером вернулся, не перевели. В итоге мне дали номер 313, с пониженной категорией (хотя я вроде Accor член), с большой кроватью. Но там плохо работает вайфай, в итоге я пропускал звонки и не мог работать в номере. Очень разочарован хотя раньше все было всегда хорошо...

Pros:

Приветливый персонал, очень гибкое отношение при раннем заезде и выезде. К примеру мне бесплатно позволили заехать на три часа раньше т е. в12.00. и выехать на 2 часа позже. Плюс сотрудник ресепшн девушка давала дельные советы что можно посмотреть и куда съездить. Предоставление бесплатно услуг финской сауны очень помогает отдохнуть после перелета.

Cons:

Шум при открытом окне. Видимо вентиляционное оборудование снаружи. Или генератор. Не смогла спать при открытом окне
