Location, Falls view

Although we weren’t staying at the hotel ourselves, our family was, and we came to visit them during their stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a welcoming atmosphere and a high level of attention to detail that really stood out.

We also wanted to recognize Josh from valet for his outstanding service. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, making it easy for us to come and go while visiting our family. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made a great impression and added to an already wonderful experience. We can definitely see why our family enjoyed staying here, and we look forward to visiting again.

The location was fantastic. Once we parked our car, we didn’t move it the entire rest of our stay. We walked to shops on Main Street, ball games at La Fluor field, restaurants, trails at Reedy Park, and the Saturday Farmers Market.

The rooms are clean and well appointed. We had a king falls view which it really wasn't. 30% of our view was the roof overhang, looking straight down you could see a little Cascade. We ended up in this room because our original assigned room wasn't ready at 4:00.
Receptionist told us our original room had a great view and she didn't want to move us. However, when I queried further about when our room would be ready (a vague 4:20ish) she then said she found a room (I assumed with a similar view, it was not) and moved me without asking if I wanted to sacrifice view. The valets and bellman were extremely friendly and helpful. Can't give a 5 star review to a hotel that doesn't have room ready when promised.

Check-in took over 20 minutes (1 person in front of me on arrival)

I was in town for a few meetings and needed a central location. A local friend highly recommended the Grand Bohemian. MY BIGGEST REGRET was not booking a longer stay. I loved being able to dine on property with such beautiful views, and when I needed a break from work, I appreciated the walkability to local shops. I’ll definitely be back.

We pulled into the hotel with an unexpected flat tire. The valet staff immediately called for Randall, moved a car so our car could park in front and then proceeded to change our tire for us. Randall, who had just started his shift and was wearing a suit, jumped into help and changed the tire himself without batting an eye. He then proceeded to look up the closest tire store and their hours so we’d know where to drive first thing in the morning. The customer service from the valet staff, particularly Randall, was stellar!!!!

An amazing experience from the moment you arrive. Our family visits often for drinks or during the holidays for their craft show. But this was our first time staying onsite and it didnt disappoint. The rooms were elegant and clean. Amazing view of the Reedy River. Amazing experience and we look forward to staying again soon!

I booked a room to spend my birthday night. I was super amazed since the very first moment I got there. The hotel is unique; its decor is fantastic, the service is excellent, the restaurant is world class, and courtesy complimentary upgrade I got was cherry 🍒 on top of the cake. I just loved it!

We spent a week at the lodge as we were going to a wedding in Greenville.Its a beautiful hotel surrounded by by trees and a waterfall.Our room was spacious and it had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. It was like sleeping in the clouds also a spacious bathroom with separate toilet which I prefer.They have a restaurant called between the trees which we dined in once but we found it disappointing.There is also a nice bar downstairs where they serve smaller plates which we preferred. There is lots of American Indian art around the hotel , inside and out.There is also a gallery type shop which has some unusual pieces.There is a balcony at the side and back of the hotel with comfortable chairs where you can take in the beautiful surroundings.

The valet service was fabulous. Gavin did an amazing job of getting my car to me in a timely manner. Will definitely be back!
