La ubicación es buena, hay puntos de interés muy cercanos

La experiencia fue decepcionante por varios motivos. Primero, la dirección indicada en la reserva no coincidía con el lugar al que debíamos llegar y las instrucciones eran poco claras.

La atención del propietario fue pésima: no utilizó el canal oficial de Booking para comunicarse, su trato fue grosero y poco empático. Además, depender de SMS para comunicarse resulta poco práctico para huéspedes extranjeros que utilizan principalmente internet.

Durante un corte de energía, el generador propio del hotel tardó aproximadamente 3 horas en restablecer el servicio. Como el acceso al hotel y a la habitación dependía de una contraseña, esto nos impidió salir con tranquilidad por temor a no poder volver a ingresar.

Por último, la puerta del baño está descolgada y era muy difícil de mover, especialmente desde el interior.

Otoczenie...z okna widać bezdomnych biorących narkotyki, jest niezwykle brudno w calej okolicy, spacery nawet po najbliższej okolicy są mocno nieprzyjemne i to bardzo wpływa na opinie o obiekcie

It was pretty good. We like it.

Cons:

I was just that power gone for about four hours and I think if power outages is a common problem in Puerto Rico they should have a backup generator that will better the place and guess will promote this property just considering. God bless.
