Die Strandlage macht die Unfreundlichkeit des Rezeptionisten nicht wett.

Die Lage am Strand.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Upgrade für eine Suite im Hotel bezahlt. In dieser Suite hatten wir jedoch wiederholte Stromausfälle, welche ein Mitarbeiter zu beheben versuchte, was ihm jedoch nicht gelang. Als wir am Schluss den Rezeptionisten nochmals auf die Stromausfälle hinwiesen, wurden wir auf sehr unangenehme Art der Lüge bezichtigt, obwohl er davon wusste.

Zimmerausstattung und Lage

Cons:

Wie haben ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick gebucht. Waren Bodeneben und direkt beim Restaurant. Man konnte das Meer nicht sehen und wollte auch nicht bei der Terrasse verweilen da man nur die Kommoden des Restaurants gesshen hat.
Ebenfalls finde ich die Presis für Strandliegen zu hoch.Ist gleich wie an den öffentliche Plätzen und dort hat es teilweise Sandstrand. Ansonsent mit der Unterführung super Idee.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Sehr schönes im Jahr 1936 erbautes Haus, das 2022 komplett renoviert eröffnet worden ist. Wichtig, zur Meerseite wohnen, da hinten die Bahnlinie vorbeiführt. Sehr freundliches Personal, schöner Pool, eigener Strand

Ein gelungener Urlaub in Chiavari im Hotel Torre Fara
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Man ist direkt am Meer und auch schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum von Chiavari. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe. Für uns war die Lage einfach perfekt.

Das Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage was 25€ kostet aber man findet draußen auf der Straße Parkplätze, die aber auch gebührenpflichtig sind.
Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.

Sehr schönes, modernes Zimmer mit typisch italienischem Stil. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und zum Wohlfühlen.

Besonders schön ist die atemberaubende Aussicht von der Frühstücksterrasse – direkt aufs Meer. Ein wirklich toller Start in den Tag!

Cons:

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Es gab leider keine Möglichkeit, nasse Badesachen oder Handtücher nach dem Strand aufzuhängen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für italienische Verhältnisse gut. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel in dieser Kategorie hätten wir allerdings etwas mehr erwartet – hier ist noch Luft nach oben.

Liegen, Schirme und Badetücher sind am Pool für Hotelgäste kostenlos. Wir bevorzugen jedoch den Strand, wo diese Annehmlichkeiten kostenpflichtig sind. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel sollte dies meiner Meinung nach im Preis inbegriffen sein.
