My favourite hotel
Pros:

Second time staying here. A really nice hotel. There has been a lot of thought put into the colours and furnishings. Always friendly helpful staff in reception and in the restaurant. A peaceful top floor bar with a good bar menu and a welcome retreat from some of the noisy bars of Mexico City. The shower/ bathroom area is particularly good quality. Mariana who served at breakfast was so helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Excelente, todo bien. Personal muy atento. Dan buena información. Linda terraza, decoración de habitaciones. Silencioso. De los 8 hoteles que utilizamos por México, el único con frigobar. Agradecemos la atención.

Lo único que falta es una pequeña piscina.

The desk clerk was rude , she gave us 2 rooms 4/5 floor hard beds very uncomfortable. Did not sleep well allot of noise at night. It seems like the clerk was almost upset we reserved through a 3 rd party. Also gave us a hard time checking out.. very unpleasant

The hotel is spotless !! Cleaning Its continuous !! Meticulously maintained facilities !!
