Cambiar la puerta del baño

Pros:

El staff era amable claro depende de la persona que te entienda ojala todos fueran educados y serviciales.
En todos los hoteles que eh estado en la ciudad de mexico jamas habia tenido esa buena experiencia.
El aroma de las habitaciones es agradable y lo mejor tienen aire acondicionado.

Cons:

La propiedad estaba limpia pero no a detalle o con profundida a primera vista la habitacion Lucia limpia pero acercandome las ventanas estaban sucias habia polvo acumulado en los bordes incluso arriba de la "cabezera" entiendo que le polvo se genera diario pero cuando fui al bano note varios cabellos y bello pubico puede ser que la persona que limpia lo hace por encima para rapidez o necesita lentes.

Pros:

Las habitaciones estan bien y el personal de restaurantes es muy amable.

Cons:

No tienen actitud de servicio, piden tramitar factura por medios electrónicos (práctica indebida) y pedí apoyo para facturación iniciando siguiente mes y se negaron a pesar de no existir normativa que los amparen y además con pésima actitud.

Lovely hotel for a short stay.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location, air conditioning. lovely shower. USB ports.

Cons:

Shower gel and shampoo was poor quality. Only 1 coffee packet provided for 2 persons for 2 days.

Agradable sorpresa en pleno Centro Histórico.
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta para nuestros objetivos, a 50m de la estación del Metro Pino Suárez, muy amable el personal, las amenidades del hotel muy bien.

Cons:

Quise ver un poco la TV,pero no le hallé la forma para ver más canales

El hotel está super bien, el personal muy amable y la cómoda muy rica.
Si volviera a Ciudad de México me volvería a hospedar ahí. Todo excelente!
