It was filthy. Glasses with lipstick marks. Gone off milk discharge in the fridge. The windows I couldn’t see out of due to the filth. The entire place is grubby and unhygienic

Nothing much to dislike, just don’t expect to get a lot of a city view as the windows are quite small (I had a corner room so I’m not sure about the other rooms).

Scendi alla reception dove c'è un povero ragazzo a dover gestire 3000 cose contemporaneamente e il massimo che può fare è inviare un video su WhatsApp, ma se fai una domanda via WhatsApp... Non rispondono. Non mi sono sembrati organizzati e mi stupisce che appaiano nel filtro hotel quando in realtà sono dei mini appartamenti.

We stayed in the studio apartment for one night at a cost of £280. Unfortunately, we felt the facilities and overall experience did not justify the price.

The room had an unpleasant smell throughout our stay, both in the main living area and the bathroom. We also experienced an issue with the bedroom door becoming stuck and had to ask reception for assistance to get it opened (several times).

Breakfast was disappointing. The dining area operates in a Starbucks-style format, which initially seemed appealing, but we found the breakfast options lacking in both quality and taste.

The checkout experience also felt unusual. At around 10:20am, while we were at reception, staff were organising room checks to ensure guests had left by the 11am checkout time. We were told someone would be going knocking on doors now, which felt unnecessarily intrusive given there was still plenty of time remaining before checkout. Our main concern was that the person checking rooms was not in uniform and appeared to be the handyman rather than a member of reception staff, which we found inappropriate and uncomfortable.

Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and did not feel it offered good value for money.

The hotel is in a good location, and overall most of the staff provided good service. However, I was disappointed by the experience I had with some of the male reception staff, whose language and communication style were unprofessional.

During my daughter’s graduation trip, her friends sent flower bouquets to congratulate her and left them at the hotel. When my daughter asked about them, the staff informed her that the flowers could only be kept for about 10 minutes before they would have to be discarded because the pollen might cause allergies for other guests. Fortunately, the flowers had not yet been thrown away at that time.

Later, when we inquired about another bouquet, the staff simply replied that they did not know, could not find it, and had not seen it, without making any effort to investigate further or provide assistance. They also stated that any items left at the hotel by visitors would be discarded immediately at midnight. I have traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never encountered this kind of communication or service before. As a result, I was extremely disappointed.

In addition, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drain in the room, and water was backing up. What disappointed me most was not only the physical issues with the rooms, but also the lack of professionalism and willingness to assist when concerns were raised. A simple effort to check, investigate, or communicate more courteously would have made a significant difference.

I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and improve both staff training and room maintenance standards, so that future guests can enjoy a better experience

Walk in went to put food in fridge and there were grapes left in there
