It didn’t really resemble the pictures on the site . We couldn’t access the roof garden that was also shown on the site . It was pretty small but considering the location that may be fair enough

Der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft. Nach der Reparatur hat man nicht mal die nassen schmutzigen Handtücher ausgetauscht, die zum reinigen der „Überschwemmung“ verwendet wurden. Eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung gab es nicht. (Das war uns nicht bekannt, denn das war bei booking.com nur im Kleingedruckten und sehr versteckt vermerkt). Das Frühstück war absolut enttäuschend (nur ein kleines Angebot an eingeschweißten Brötchen, die morgens teilweise auch noch vergriffen waren. Nachschub gab es nicht, auf den Kaffee musste man oft lange warten. Das Essen war überhaupt nicht auf die Menge an Gästen abgestimmt).
Dass auch die Fernbedienung vom TV nicht funktionierte, war dann schon nur eine Kleinigkeit.

La cama estaba un poco inclinada del lado derecho lo que dificultó mi sueño, también que faltaban cosas para limpiar como trapos esponjas etc y la televisión no funcionaba el mando.

I booked a one bedroom apartment and had all the necessary equipment ( cook, oven, fridge, dish washer, iron, washing machine and dryer)

I didn't get to stay i booked 2 nights and came on Saturday evening but told my room was no longer available due to not checking in and calling from Friday. But i booked the room it should be reserved regardless as this was paid for.
They didn't do much to place me in a room even if it was a different location

We had to leave our first room because of the foul smell from the bathroom. Clearly the hotel were aware of the issue as the window was wide open when we arrived. We were moved to another room straight away.
Quite unfriendly staff who barely acknowledge you and seem to be totally uninterested.
