These are comfortable and spacious apartments in an amazing location. Fantastic views if you're on the higher floors. They are generally well equipped (although the exact equipment varies a bit from apartment to apartment and this one was lacking coffee-making and cooking equipment). The lounge upstairs is a nice touch with even better views.
The sofa bed is not so comfortable and the drains in the bathroom needed attention as they were blocked (but that has not been our experience on other stays here and they were fixed quickly).

Terrible stench coming from the drains. Staff member came to room with a huge bottle of disinfectant and plunger, don’t think I was the first person to complain that day. Terrible attitude and appalling customer service, door slammed by staff member on exit. Tiny window with lack of air and stained curtain.

Das Bettlaken hatte einen Fleck an der Seite. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut. Das Frühstück ist unzureichend da es keine Auswahl gibt, keine Butter, nur Brot und Marmelade oder Croissant oder süßes Gebäck und Starbucks Kaffee. Im Fitnessstudios lagen keine Handtücher bereit und manche Geräte waren ausgeschaltet

No seat in the shower for wheelchair users as it stated on the website that the room was accessible for wheelchair users The bathroom tap moved when turning. No hot breakfast available. Only two tea bags and sugars in the room.

Loved the location, room overlooking docks, the apartment had everything you need, was lovely and clean. Easy access to underground stations, DLR and Uber boats .

No hay ventilación , el aire en todos los cuartos funciona con un ruido muy fuerte , tanto que hay que apagarlo y encender un ventilador que dejan de repuesto , también ruidoso …. Y es muy fuerte el olor a podrido ….
Everything was clean and the facilities in the room were great. Bed was so comfortable and the room was so spacious. The city view was also an added bonus.
Shower was awkward as the main shower head kept spraying out on the floor cause the glass didn’t go out far enough and i had to use the shower hose which made trying to shower awkward and inconvenient.
