Beautiful once you’re in the front doors! Close to trams.
Pros:

This was our second stay and the staff continue to amaze us, so friendly and accommodating! Laying by the pool is so relaxing but it would be great to be able to order snacks to enjoy while you’re down there

Cons:

The beds aren’t very soft and unfortunately, the surrounding streets don’t feel incredibly safe and aren’t very nice. I know the hotel can’t help this but I do feel there are things they can do to improve this such as adding more green spaces and moving on smokers from the front doors as it’s quite gross and occurs a lot

Such a Vibe
Pros:

This was my first stay at Hyatt Centric and I definitely will be coming back. The staff were the friendliest staff at any hotel i have ever been too. The rooms were so beautiful and clean. The pool was stunning and such a great atmosphere.
From the moment we walked in the whole vibe of this hotel had us hooked. It has such a beautiful peaceful but homely feel to it. This is now going to be my go to hotel to stay when I visit the city from country life.

Cons:

There wasn't one thing at all that I could say I wasn't impressed by. Well done to the staff.

Banging doors from other rooms waking us up. Rooms felt a little sparse - little artwork/soft furnishings. Beds are a bit firm.
