Perfect city stay for rest, relaxation, and breakfast!
Pros:

Just what I was looking for, on my solo stay in the city. Close to Southern Cross, and easy walking distance to Southbank and the CBD. Gorgeous building, with modern architecture and facilities. Room was spotlessly clean, cosy without being too small, and the blackout blinds were very appreciated. Room service was excellent, food very tasty. Breakfast buffet was a standout, and once the renovations are complete, the location up on the 25th floor will make it perfect. The staff were very helpful, and friendly. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks team Hyatt

Satisfying hotel with great location and good reputation for excellent service!
Pros:

Excellent location, near free zone tram station but tucked away for a good sleep at night. Staff are very attentive, friendly and informative. Valet parking is efficient. Breakfast has few selections and alright, nothing fancy but enough to satisfy your breakfast need. Pool is amazing, small but functional and clean. Love the big king size bed though pillows aren't the most comfortable type we had amongst other Hyatt hotels we stayed. Overall it was a beautiful and safe stay. We're definitely staying back again!

Good hotel, great location - some opportunities in cleanliness
Pros:

Overall good location. Room was quite small versus what I expected. Overall clean as well but on our last day, I saw a pair of socks (not ours) under the bed as we were sweeping to check if we left anything before check out.

Poor customer service, improve check-in communications.
Pros:

Check in communication was poor,
A colleague and I were later than expected checking in due to airline delays.
At checkin we asked to see the restaurant menu. We told them our plan was to drop our bags in our rooms and come down straight for dinner. When we came back to sit in the restaurant we were told its closed.
It closes at 9 pm, other guests who also were checking in encountered the same issue. Is this hotel catering for business people or holiday makers?
Poor communication at check in can make or break a stay.
In the room two public hairs discovered by the tissue box.
Not a great stay to say the least.
