This was a great base for exploring Tblisi and having the option of spending time relaxing by a pool. The hotel restaurant Fragment was very good. We ate at the restaurant and had room service one evening - which was excellent. The facilities at the hotel were very good, the pool area and sauna and steam room were nice and clean with good opening times. The hotel is a little walk into the centre but is still really accessible. It took us 10 mins to walk it but you could easily get a Bolt which is super reasonable . Staff at the hotel were really friendly especially in the restaurant.
Many people have commented that the breakfast is not very good, unfortunately we found the same. Cereals were limited, Eggs were often cold and toasting bread took a considerable amount of time with only one four slice toaster available and only one side of that worked for the 6 days we were there. If you arrived at 10.30am lots of the pastries had already gone. There were a few days with scrambled eggs and baked beans - coming from the UK we would have liked to have seen more of these options as well as more yogurt and granola type of options. There was a good range of cheese and meat options. Given that the food in the restaurant was excellent we were expecting the same at breakfast. Fixing the breakfast and opening the roof top bar in the day would really increase the overall rating to a 9.

The hotel was nice and comfy, The staff were very attentive and kind at all times, the kids really enjoyed both pools and we did as well :) Our family room was nice, with 2 balconies and a separate room for the kids, the bathroom was very nice as well and clean. Everything we asked for the room was brought right away and they welcomed us with a fruit platter in the room Which was a nice touch.
Overall it was a good stay! Sadly both tvs in the room didnt work, even after the technician came to change them. Also some finishing and details in the room look already old, so maybe they could think of renewing some stuff, but it wasnt a critical detail.
We were able to walk to the city centre, it was a quiet and nice are and everyone working in the hotel was so nice and kind.
Rooms are spacious, the sauna and steam room facilities are great along with the pools.
In 3 nights our room never managed to get serviced daily even though we were out most of each day in the mornings or early afternoon. The bed was rock hard. The gym didn’t have a bike which is usually a std feature in a gym I would have expected. When we visited the rooftop bar on a Sat afternoon it was closed - not sure what their hours were for that. Also no coffee machines in the rooms this doesn’t seem to be common in Georgia but all these little things would make it a 4 star facility.
