Great idea, poor execution
Pros:

Loved the hotel, location and pool

Cons:

Booked purely for the pool and spa facilities, expecting to spend whole day there after a busy trip just for staff to close the entire pool area on a Saturday for the entire day. No prior warning or previous notice. Will not being staying again and deeply disappointed. Staff unapologetic about situation when asked and seemingly unaware that it was going to be an issue.

Very average place. For 1-2 nights is ok, for longer stay - there will be many minor issues with facilities and staff
Pros:

- Location is ok. Close to the city center, but not directly the Old City. So to get to the city is 25 mins walk or taxi
- Food is good

Cons:

- Staff is very inexperienced, no regular cleaning, missing water supply while it was 35+ degrees. People are forced to pay for any additional bottle of water.
- Many rooms with doors not closed automatically. If you dont close a door manually, you are risking to leave the door open when you are leaving. Half of the guests did that mistake, noone could fix that from the staff.
- No vaults in rooms. Especially when there are issues with the door closing, it is big issue related to safety
- Maison Terrace - staff is very unfriendly. Tried to taste a watermelon brought with me at the restaurant, was refused and sent off. Even after having dinner there every day. Can’t satisfy not regular requests, don’t understand what their customers need.

If you pretend to be 4 stars, is not just about a bed and food. Its about understanding what your clients might want.

Pros:

Персонал, люди очень вежливые и гостеприимные. Расположение хорошее. Наличие бассейна и джакузи и сауны огромный плюс.

Cons:

Не понравились матрасы и подушки. Очень жёсткие и не удобно спать

Хороший и доброжелательный персонал. В отеле было чисто, номер поддерживался в порядке.

Cons:

Расположение отеля оказалось неудобным. Нам обещали приготовить завтрак к 6:30, так как у нас был ранний выезд, но к назначенному времени ничего не было готово. Кроме того, в номере не работал душ, что доставило значительные неудобства.

I would go back if I ever visit the city.
Pros:

We arrived early, and the manager welcomed us before the official check-in time since our room was ready. This was excellent for us, as it allowed us to change our travel clothes and head out for lunch more quickly.
The room was clean and well prepared and super clean.

Cons:

The location was not ideal as it was easy to overlook and situated near old buildings. The breakfast was acceptable, but it could be improved as it lacked some items.
