מלון נקי מאוד, מעוצב מדהים! שירות ברמה הכי מקצועית, צוות מאוד אדיב שירות עם חיוך ורצון כן למלא כל בקשה, שתי בריכות חיצונית קטנה מאוד ופנימית די גדולה שתיהן מאוד נקיות, בכל יום מנקים את החדר ומספקים בקבוקי מים לפי מספר האורחים בחדר וכל יום מחליפים ערכה דנטלית מאוד איכותית, תחזוקה ברמה גבוהה מאוד וטלוויזיה עם 3 ערוצים ישראלית באיכות מדהימה, המרחק מהעיר העתיקה שם נמצא בית חב"ד ורוב המסעדות הכשרות הוא 5 דקות בבולט או 19 ברגל לא הכי קרוב אבל לא קריטי, בשבת הלכנו לאכול בבית חב"ד הליכה קלילה ונעימה.
בבריכה הפנימית 3 גופי תאורה מתוך 6 היו חשוכות ואף אחד לא טרח להחליף קצת מדכא...
דבר נוסף, אמנם מנקים את החדר כל יום אך לא מחליפים מצעים גם אם יש כתם בסדין מנסים לנקות עם מגבון וזהו... היינו שם 8 ימים וזה די לא נעים.

The hotel is situated in the old town, surrounded by established residential neighborhoods. Taking a taxi is recommended for trips to Freedom Square.- The hotel service was warm and attentive.
- The breakfast was well-prepared, and the outdoor dining experience was enjoyable.
- Small insects and spiders were spotted in the room upon check-in.
- The bed linens felt damp and lacked sufficient dryness.
- The door features a vintage lock that cannot be secured from the inside, posing a safety concern.

Отель оказался очень недалеко от аэропорта, и мы быстро добрались. Номер для 5 включая троих детей был неожиданно очень большой, двухкомнатный, свежий очень комфортабельный. Ванная комната очень большая, все принадлежности были супер. Особо понравилось спа зона с джакузи бассейном, и парными комнатами. Очень вежливый и приветливый персонал, быстро отвечали и помогали в дюбом вопросе. Рекомендую на все 100 данный отель семейным с детьми и без. Завтрак очень обильный и разнообразный, много фруктов, выпечки и остального на любой вкус.
