Сервис ноль. Отдыхали в номере делюкс,заплатили дополнительно для 3 его человека. Дополнительно в этот день полотенца и других принадлежностей не принесли. На следующий день комнату прибрали и взяли все полотенца, но взамен новые полотенца не принесли. Позвонили в ресепшн и попросили полотенца, но прошло 3 часа, а полотенцев так и не доставили. Спустились на ресепшн и опять очень культурно попросили, чтобы принесли полотенца. Через еще 2 часа принесли только 2 полотенца больших , а маленьких так и не дождались. Причем мы забронировали 3 комнаты, и в другие номера также не принесли ничего. Занавески были очень грязные, в комнатах было очень шумно и во всех комнатах сильно дуло. Больше не поедем никогда

Will never return to the property like this.
Cons:

Property is not very well maintained. Elevators don't always work. In the restaurant many cups and plates are half-borken. bar on the first floor looks permanently abandoned.

Pros:

The staff was very pleasent and helpful.

The pool was warm and clean. So was the Jacuzzi. The Saunas looked pleasent but I didn't have time to try them.

Breakfast was all in all good.
